Оцiнка органiзацiйно-технологiчних процесiв у ходi будiвництва житлового будинку

Abstract

UA : У роботi було проведено аналiз органiзацiйно-технологiчних процесiв, пов'язаних iз зведенням житлового будинку. Розглянутi основнi стратегiї технологiї будiвництва та монтажу, включаючи загальнi принципи, iнженерну пiдготовку майданчика, методи виконання робiт та заходи з охорони працi. Враховуючи комплекснiсть житлової проблеми, одним iз ключових рiшень є iнтенсивне будiвництво житлових комплексiв. Системний пiдхiд та аналiз загальносистемних закономiрностей дозволили проаналiзувати основнi методи, що використовуються в складних органiзацiйно-технологiчних процесах пiд час будiвництва. У роботi була дослiджена та розкрита суть теорiї та методологiчнi принципи органiзацiйно-технологiчних процесiв у цивiльному будiвництвi. Основний акцент було зроблено на аналiзi стратегiчних пiдходiв та методiв, якi використовуються для ефективного вирiшення завдань у цiй галузi.

EN : The work analyzed the organizational and technological processes associated with the construction of a residential building. The main strategies of construction and installation technology are considered, including general principles, engineering preparation of the site, work performance methods, and labor protection measures. Given the complexity of the housing problem, one of the key solutions is the intensive construction of housing complexes. System approach and analysis of system-wide regularities made it possible to analyze the main methods used in complex organizational and technological processes during construction. The work explored and revealed the essence of the theory and methodological principles of organizational and technological processes in civil construction. The main emphasis was placed on the analysis of strategic approaches and methods used to effectively solve tasks in this field.
