Abstract

Сучасні умови функціонування організацій характеризуються високим рівнем динамічності, невизначеністю та посиленням зовнішніх викликів, пов’язаних із воєнним станом, трансформаціями ринку праці, цифровізацією професійної взаємодії та змінами у структурі трудових колективів. У цих умовах особливого значення набуває організаційна поведінка, що виступає інтегральним показником якості соціально-психологічних процесів у професійних спільнотах та визначає ефективність функціонування організації, її адаптивність і конкурентоспроможність. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена потребою глибокого аналізу соціально-психологічних чинників організаційної поведінки в умовах сучасних суспільних трансформацій, необхідністю науково обґрунтованих підходів до підвищення продуктивності та психологічного благополуччя персоналу, а також практичною значущістю отриманих результатів для організацій різних типів. Наукова новизна полягає в уточненні змісту поняття «організаційна поведінка працівників» у контексті сучасних соціально-психологічних підходів, виявленні специфіки впливу соціально-психологічних чинників та стилів керівництва на поведінкові прояви персоналу.

Modern conditions of functioning of organizations are characterized by a high level of dynamism, uncertainty and increased external challenges associated with martial law, labor market transformations, digitalization of professional interaction and changes in the structure of labor collectives. In these conditions, organizational behavior acquires special importance, acting as an integral indicator of the quality of socio-psychological processes in professional communities and determining the effectiveness of the organization's functioning, its adaptability and competitiveness. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a deep analysis of socio-psychological factors of organizational behavior in the conditions of modern social transformations, the need for scientifically based approaches to increasing productivity and psychological well-being of personnel, as well as the practical significance of the results obtained for organizations of various types. The scientific novelty lies in clarifying the content of the concept of "organizational behavior of employees" in the context of modern socio-psychological approaches, identifying the specifics of the influence of socio-psychological factors and management styles on the behavioral manifestations of personnel.
