Науково-методичне забезпечення підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів до гуманізації педагогічної діяльності

Abstract

Мета дослідження: розробити, теоретично обґрунтувати й експериментально перевірити модель підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів до гуманізації педагогічної діяльності та технологію її реалізації. Об’єкт дослідження: професійна підготовка майбутніх учителів початкових класів у закладі вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: процес формування у майбутніх учителів початкових класів готовності до гуманізації педагогічної діяльності. У кваліфікаційній роботі з’ясовано стан проблеми в педагогічній теорії та освітній практиці; визначено критерії та рівні готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до гуманізації педагогічної діяльності; розроблено, науково обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено модель підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів до гуманізації педагогічної діяльності, технологію її реалізації; підготовлено методичні рекомендації щодо гуманізації педагогічної діяльності для майбутніх учителів початкових класів.

EN : The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the model of formation of the axiological component of the pedagogical culture of future primary school teachers in the process of professional training. The object of the study is the process of formation of pedagogical culture in future primary school teachers. The subject of the study is the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of the axiological component of the pedagogical culture of future primary school teachers in higher education institutions. In the qualification work, based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, the essence of the basic concepts of the study is characterized; the state of formation of the axiological component of the pedagogical culture of future primary school teachers is determined; a model of formation of the axiological component of the pedagogical culture of future primary school teachers is developed; the results of the developed model of formation of the axiological component of the pedagogical culture of future primary school teachers in the process of professional training are experimentally verified.
