Державне управління фінансовою системою України в умовах повномасштабної війни

Abstract

UA : досліджено концептуальні основи державного управління фінансовою системою України в умовах повномасштабної війни; досліджено ризики фінансового сектора та економіки України та Стратегію розвитку фінансового сектора; здійснено діагностику заходів з запобігання накопиченню системних ризиків у фінансовому секторі під час війни; досліджено світовий досвід макропруденційної політики та інструментарій підтримки фінансової стійкості держави; запропоновано пріоритетні напрями удосконалення державного управління фінансовою системою України через імплементацію законодавства ЄС, трансформацію державного боргу та вибір векторів забезпечення фінансової стабільності і економічної безпеки.

EN : the conceptual foundations of state management of the financial system of Ukraine in conditions of full-scale war were investigated; the risks of the financial sector and the economy of Ukraine and the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector were investigated; diagnostics of measures to prevent the accumulation of systemic risks in the financial sector during the war were carried out; the world experience of macroprudential policy and the tools for supporting the financial stability of the state were investigated; priority areas for improving state management of the financial system of Ukraine were proposed through the implementation of EU legislation, the transformation of public debt and the choice of vectors for ensuring financial stability and economic security.
