Вплив соціальних мереж на формування самооцінки у підлітків

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 79 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць, 3 рисунка, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 51 джерело. Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування самооцінки у підлітків. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в тому, що сучасні підлітки зростають в умовах стрімких соціальних змін, викликаних як глобальними цифровими трансформаціями, так і локальними кризами – зокрема, війною в Україні. Втрата стабільного середовища, зміни у звичному способі життя, вимушене переміщення, роз'єднання з близькими людьми – усе це впливає на психологічний стан дітей та підлітків, поглиблює відчуття невизначеності й тривоги. У такій реальності соціальні мережі часто стають не просто каналом комунікації, а місцем пошуку підтримки, визнання, емоційного розвантаження. Проте водночас вони можуть чинити значний вплив на формування самооцінки – одного з базових компонентів особистісного розвитку. Наукова новизна полягає в комплексному аналізі впливу соціальних мереж на формування самооцінки підлітків в умовах цифровізації та соціальної тривожності, спричиненої воєнним станом.

The object of the study is the process of forming self-esteem in adolescents. The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that modern adolescents are growing up in conditions of rapid social changes caused by both global digital transformations and local crises - in particular, the war in Ukraine. The loss of a stable environment, changes in the usual way of life, forced displacement, separation from loved ones - all this affects the psychological state of children and adolescents, deepens the feeling of uncertainty and anxiety. In such a reality, social networks often become not just a channel of communication, but a place to find support, recognition, and emotional relief. However, at the same time, they can have a significant impact on the formation of self-esteem - one of the basic components of personal development. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive analysis of the influence of social networks on the formation of self-esteem of adolescents in the conditions of digitalization and social anxiety caused by martial law.
