Соціальна робота з інтеграції людей з інвалідністю до громади

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідити особливості та можливості впливу соціальної роботи на інтеграцію людей з інвалідністю у громаду. Об’єкт дослідження: соціальна робота з інтеграції людей з інвалідністю. Предмет дослідження: вплив соціальної роботи на процес інтеграції людей з інвалідністю в громаду. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, структурно-функціональний, індукція, дедукція. Гіпотеза: Соціальна робота позитивно впливає на інтеграцію людей з інвалідністю в громаду, сприяючи їх соціальній адаптації, підвищенню рівня залученості до суспільного життя та зниженню рівня соціальної ізоляції. Висновки: 1. Багатофункціональні можливості соціальної роботи дозволяють комплексно впливати на формування інклюзивного та безбар’єрного простору в громадах, що і дозволяє інтегруватися в громаду людям з інвалідністю. Роль соціальної роботи полягає у тому, що вона здатна впливати на підвищення рівня доступності освітніх, культурних та соціальних можливостей, що сприяє інтеграції людей з інвалідністю в громаду. 2. Враховуючи усі розглянуті аспекти ролі соціальної роботи щодо адаптації людей з інвалідністю в життя громади, було запропоновано декілька шляхів оптимізації. Це стосується оптимізації таких сфер як: 1) покращення якості та поширення доступу до отримання інклюзивної освіти; 2) необхідність залучення підтримки з боку громадських організацій та благодійних фондів; 3) формування культури обізнаності щодо особливостей людей з інвалідністю та їх ролі у сучасному соціумі; 4) впровадження цифрових технологій у процес інтеграції людей з інвалідністю.

EN : The purpose of research: to investigate the features and possibilities of the influence of social work on the integration of people with disabilities into the community. The object of research: social work on the integration of people with disabilities. The subject of research: the influence of social work on the process of integration of people with disabilities into the community. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, structural-functional, induction, deduction. Hypothesis: Social work has a positive effect on the integration of people with disabilities into the community, contributing to their social adaptation, increasing the level of involvement in public life and reducing the level of social isolation. Conclusions: 1. The multifunctional capabilities of social work allow for a comprehensive impact on the formation of an inclusive and barrier-free space in communities, which allows people with disabilities to integrate into the community. The role of social work is that it is able to influence the increase in the level of accessibility of educational, cultural and social opportunities, which contributes to the integration of people with disabilities into the community. 2. Taking into account all the considered aspects of the role of social work in adapting people with disabilities into community life, several ways of optimization were proposed. This concerns the optimization of such areas as: 1) improving the quality and expanding access to inclusive education; 2) the need to attract support from public organizations and charitable foundations; 3) forming a culture of awareness of the characteristics of people with disabilities and their role in modern society; 4) introducing digital technologies into the process of integrating people with disabilitie.
