Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: Удосконалення системи консалтингових та експертних послуг Запорізької ТПП для підвищення експортного потенціалу підприємств регіону: 76 сторінок, 28 таблиці, 4 рисунки, 4 формули, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 42 найменування. Об’єкт дослідження – процес надання консалтингових та експертних послуг Запорізькою торгово-промисловою палатою підприємствам - суб’єктам зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико методологічних засад та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи консалтингових та експертних послуг Запорізької ТПП для стимулювання експортної активності підприємств та їх адаптації до вимог сучасного міжнародного ринку. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю відновлення економіки Запорізького регіону, адаптації експортерів до вимог ринку ЄС та трансформації сервісів ТПП під виклики воєнного часу. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи консалтингових та експертних послуг для підвищення експортного потенціалу підприємств регіону. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність Запорізької ТПП, а також запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення системи консалтингових та експертних послуг Запорізької ТПП. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом Запорізької ТПП в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The object of the study is the process of providing consulting and expert services by the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry to enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the system of consulting and expert services of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce to stimulate the export activity of enterprises and their adaptation to the requirements of the modern international market. Research methods are descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, statistical analysis method, grouping and generalization of data, expert assessments. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to restore the economy of the Zaporizhzhia region, adapt exporters to the requirements of the EU market and transform the services of the Chamber of Commerce to the challenges of wartime. During the work, the theoretical foundations of consulting and expert services to increase the export potential of enterprises in the region were considered. Based on the theoretical material, the activities of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry were analyzed, and measures were proposed to improve the system of consulting and expert services of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry in practical activities and will contribute to the improvement of the activities of domestic enterprises.
