Abstract

Мета дослідження – визначити й науково обґрунтувати педагогічні умови, які забезпечують ефективність професійно-творчого саморозвитку майбутнього вчителя початкових класів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес професійно-творчого саморозвитку особистості майбутнього вчителя початкових класів в системі вищої освіти. Предметом дослідження – педагогічні умови реалізації процесу професійно-творчого саморозвитку особистості майбутнього вчителя початкових класів у вищій школі. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано філософську та психолого-педагогічну літературу з визначеної проблеми; розкрити сутність і зміст професійно-творчого саморозвитку особистості майбутнього вчителя початкових класів; розроблено динамічну модель професійно-творчого саморозвитку особистості та спосіб наочно-схематичної побудови «індивідуальних траєкторій» реалізації; теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови, що сприяють ефективному професійно-творчому саморозвитку особистості майбутнього вчителя початкових класів в освітньому процесі закладу вищої освіти.

The subject of the study is the pedagogical conditions for implementing the process of professional and creative self-development of the personality of a future primary school teacher in higher education. The qualification work analyzes the philosophical and psychological and pedagogical literature on the specified problem; to reveal the essence and content of the professional and creative self-development of the personality of a future primary school teacher; a dynamic model of professional and creative self-development of the personality and a method of visually and schematically constructing "individual trajectories" of implementation are developed; Theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective professional and creative self-development of the personality of a future primary school teacher in the educational process of a higher education institution.
