Психосоціальна підтримка молодших школярів, які постраждали внаслідок війни, засобами мистецтва

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: психосоціальна підтримка дітей молодшого шкільного віку в умовах війни. Війна є потужним стресовим фактором, який суттєво впливає на психоемоційний стан дітей, особливо молодшого шкільного віку. Переживання втрати, розлуки, зміни середовища, відчуття небезпеки та невизначеності створюють значне емоційне навантаження. У цей період діти потребують не лише фізичного захисту, а й системної психосоціальної підтримки, спрямованої на відновлення почуття безпеки, довіри, стабільності та віри у власні сили. Проблема психосоціальної підтримки дітей молодшого шкільного віку в умовах війни є надзвичайно актуальною для сучасної України. З початком повномасштабного вторгнення мільйони дітей зазнали втрати домівок, вимушеного переселення, розлуки з близькими, зміни соціального оточення, а часто і безпосереднього впливу воєнних дій. Ці події стали потужним стресовим чинником, який впливає на психоемоційний стан, поведінку та соціальну адаптацію дітей. Наукова новизна полягає у практичній перевірці ефективності мистецтва як засобу психосоціальної підтримки дітей, які пережили травматичні події війни, та у розкритті ролі творчості у відновленні емоційної рівноваги й розвитку психологічної стійкості.

The object of the study: psychosocial support for children of primary school age in conditions of war. War is a powerful stress factor that significantly affects the psycho-emotional state of children, especially of primary school age. Experiences of loss, separation, change of environment, feeling of danger and uncertainty create a significant emotional burden. During this period, children need not only physical protection, but also systemic psychosocial support aimed at restoring a sense of security, trust, stability and faith in their own strength. The problem of psychosocial support for children of primary school age in conditions of war is extremely relevant for modern Ukraine. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, millions of children have experienced the loss of their homes, forced displacement, separation from loved ones, changes in their social environment, and often the direct impact of military actions. These events became a powerful stress factor that affects the psycho-emotional state, behavior and social adaptation of children. The scientific novelty lies in the practical verification of the effectiveness of art as a means of psychosocial support for children who have experienced traumatic events of war, and in revealing the role of creativity in restoring emotional balance and developing psychological resilience.
