Об'єкт дослідження: процес формування гендерної толерантності в молодому віці як соціально-психологічного явища. Суспільство XXI століття переживає динамічні трансформації, що торкаються всіх сфер життєдіяльності людини, зокрема системи цінностей, уявлень про соціальні ролі та міжособистісну взаємодію. В умовах глобалізації, демократизації суспільного життя й посилення інтеграційних процесів у світі особливої значущості набуває проблема формування гендерної толерантності – здатності особистості сприймати людей незалежно від їхньої статі, гендерних ролей чи соціальних очікувань, визнаючи при цьому рівність прав і можливостей кожного. Молодий вік, який характеризується активним пошуком власної ідентичності, становленням системи цінностей та формуванням світоглядних орієнтирів, є надзвичайно важливим періодом для розвитку гендерної свідомості. Саме в цей час закладаються основи сприйняття інших, толерантного ставлення до різноманіття соціальних ролей і моделей поведінки. Однак досвід спостережень і численні дослідження свідчать, що частина молоді залишається схильною до гендерних стереотипів, які ускладнюють конструктивну комунікацію та сприяють виникненню соціальних упереджень та конфліктів. Тому дослідження психологічних чинників, які зумовлюють формування гендерної толерантності в молодому віці, має не лише теоретичне, а й практичне значення, оскільки від рівня гендерної культури молоді залежить стан міжособистісної взаємодії в суспільстві, гармонія у сімейних і професійних стосунках, а також соціальна стабільність у цілому. Наукова новизна полягає у проведеному комплексному та системному дослідженні психологічних чинників формування гендерної толерантності в молодому віці, що дало змогу сформувати низку теоретичних положень та охарактеризувати практику їх застосування.

The society of the 21st century is experiencing dynamic transformations that affect all spheres of human life, in particular the system of values, ideas about social roles and interpersonal interaction. In the conditions of globalization, democratization of public life and strengthening of integration processes in the world, the problem of forming gender tolerance - the ability of an individual to perceive people regardless of their gender, gender roles or social expectations, while recognizing the equality of rights and opportunities of everyone - acquires particular significance. Young age, which is characterized by an active search for one's own identity, the formation of a system of values and the formation of worldview guidelines, is an extremely important period for the development of gender consciousness. It is at this time that the foundations of the perception of others, a tolerant attitude towards the diversity of social roles and models of behavior are laid. However, the experience of observations and numerous studies show that some young people remain prone to gender stereotypes, which complicate constructive communication and contribute to the emergence of social prejudices and conflicts. Therefore, the study of psychological factors that determine the formation of gender tolerance at a young age has not only theoretical, but also practical significance, since the level of gender culture of young people determines the state of interpersonal interaction in society, harmony in family and professional relationships, as well as social stability in general. The scientific novelty lies in the conducted comprehensive and systematic study of psychological factors in the formation of gender tolerance at a young age, which made it possible to form a number of theoretical provisions and characterize the practice of their application.
