Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 111 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 9 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає кредитний ринок України. Предметом дослідження є механізм банківського кредитування в Україні. Мета дослідження полягає у з’ясуванні особливостей механізму банківського кредитування в Україні в умовах війни та післявоєнної відбудови. Завдання: 1) з’ясувати сутність та функції банківського кредитування; 2) визначити роль банківського кредитування в економічному розвитку країни; 3) проаналізувати основні моделі та механізми впливу банківського кредитування на економіку; 4) дослідити стан кредитування реального сектору економіки в довоєнний період; 5) вивчити особливості банківського кредитування в умовах війни та відбудови; 6) визначити проблеми та ризики банківського кредитування в умовах війни; 7) окреслити перспективи відновлення кредитного ринку після завершення військових подій в Україні. Методи досліджень: метод аналізу та синтезу, метод узагальнення, метод кореляційно-регресійного аналізу, графічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) проаналізовано стан кредитування реального сектору економіки в довоєнний період; 2) визначено проблеми та ризики банківського кредитування в умовах війни; 3) окреслено перспективи відновлення кредитного ринку після завершення військових подій в Україні. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Полягає у можливості використання результатів роботи для розробки і впровадження ефективних фінансових заходів урядом, банками та іншими фінансовими інституціями.

EN : The work is presented on 111 pages of printed text, contains 9 tables, 12 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the credit market of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the mechanism of bank lending in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to find out the peculiarities of the mechanism of bank lending in Ukraine during the war and post-war reconstruction. Tasks: 1) to clarify the essence and functions of bank lending; 2) to determine the role of bank lending in the economic development of the country; 3) to analyze the main models and mechanisms of bank lending impact on the economy; 4) to study the state of lending to the real sector of the economy in the pre-war period; 5) to study the features of bank lending during the war and reconstruction; 6) to identify the problems and risks of bank lending during the war; 7) to outline the prospects for the recovery of the credit market after the end of military events in Ukraine. Methods of research: method of analysis and synthesis, method of generalization, method of correlation and regression analysis, graphical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the state of lending to the real sector of the economy in the pre-war period is analyzed; 2) the problems and risks of bank lending in the conditions of war are identified; 3) the prospects for the recovery of the credit market after the end of military events in Ukraine are outlined. The results of the study will help identify priority lending areas that will support critical industries, help preserve and create jobs, restore infrastructure, and stimulate the development of small and medium-sized businesses, which will generally contribute to economic growth. The results of the research can serve as a basis for the development of programs to support small and medium-sized enterprises, which are the engine of economic growth in the post-war period. Practical significance of the obtained results. It is the possibility of using the results of the work to develop and implement effective financial measures by the government, banks and other financial institutions.
