Управління інвестиційним портфелем на АТ "Ощадбанк"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 93 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 10 таблиць, 19 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління інвестиційним портфелем банківської установи. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних питань з формування та оптимізації інвестиційного портфеля банківської установи. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних засад управління інвестиційним портфелем комерційного банку і, зокрема, на АТ «Ощадбанк». Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо визначення сутності фінансових інвестиції; 2) оцінка інвестиційної діяльності АТ «Ощадбанк»; 3) аналіз інвестиційного потенціалу АТ «Ощадбанк»; 4) аналіз банківської системи в умовах війни. Методи досліджень: теоретичне узагальнення, спостереження, групування, порівняння, системний аналіз, економетрічне моделювання, методи оптимізації. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) узагальнено підходи щодо оптимізації інвестиційного портфеля банківської установи; 2) визначено особливості банківської інвестиційної діяльності України в умовах воєнного стану та поведінки банку, як інвестора, на фондовому ринку.

EN : The qualification work is presented on 93 pages of printed text, contains 10 tables, 19 figures. The list of references includes 72 sources, 5 of them in a foreign language. The purpose of the study is the investment activity of a banking institution The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical questions on the analysis of the state of the markets, the formation of the investment strategy of the banking institution, the analysis of the results of the investment activity of the banking institution and the development of recommendations for its optimization. The purpose of the work is to determine the priorities of banks' activities based on the analysis of theoretical foundations and assessment of their investment activities. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary data on determining the essence of financial investment; 2) assessment of investment activity of JSC "Oschadbank"; 3) analysis of the investment potential and investment activity of JSC "Oschadbank"; 4) analysis of the banking system in the conditions of war. Research methods: theoretical generalization, observation, grouping, comparison, system analysis, econometric modeling, optimization methods. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) the optimal investment portfolio of securities was obtained; 2) recommendations were developed regarding the scenario of the bank's behavior as an investor on the stock market. In modern conditions, banking investment activities implement important macro- and microeconomic functions to ensure the development of the country's economy and contribute to the successful development of banks themselves and the entire banking system. The need for banking investment services is growing every year. Meanwhile, the dynamism of the banking sector and the competitive environment require banks to diversify the location of their resource base and find new sources of income, and investment operations play an important role in the system of levers of modern bank management. The peculiarity of banking investment activity is that it must simultaneously meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Investment Activity", which regulates the implementation of investment activity in general on the territory of Ukraine of all business entities.
