Abstract

UA : Дана квалiфiкацiйна робота спрямована на розгляд органiзацiйно-технологiчних аспектiв у процесi будiвництва багатоповерхових будiвель. Вона вивчає оптимальнi методи та технологiї будiвельних робiт, якi сприяють досягненню ефективностi та високої якостi пiд час зведення будiвлi. У роботi розглядаються основнi критерiї для вибору органiзацiйних та технологiчних рiшень, такi як вартiсть, строк зведення, безпека працi та вiдповiднiсть стандартам i нормативам. Також аналiзуються переваги та обмеження рiзних пiдходiв до будiвництва багатоповерхових будiвель, а також надається огляд актуальних тенденцiй та iнновацiй у цiй галузi. Результати дослiдження можуть бути корисними для фахiвцiв у будiвельнiй галузi, архiтекторiв та менеджерiв будiвельних проектiв, спрямованi на полiпшення органiзацiї будiвництва та пiдвищення якостi зведених будiвель.

EN : This qualification work is aimed at considering organizational and technological aspects in the process of construction of multi-story buildings. She studies the optimal methods and technologies of construction works, which contribute to the achievement of efficiency and high quality during the construction of the building. The work examines the main criteria for choosing organizational and technological solutions, such as cost, construction time, work safety, and compliance with standards and regulations. The advantages and limitations of various approaches to the construction of multi-story buildings are also analyzed, and an overview of current trends and innovations in this field is provided. The results of the research can be useful for specialists in the construction industry, architects and managers of construction projects, aimed at improving the organization of construction and increasing the quality of erected buildings.
