Облік і аналіз стану товарних запасів на ТОВ ПЕК «ЕНЕРГОПРОЕКТ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 98 с., 7 рис., 17 табл., 77 літературних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – товарні запаси в системі управління оборотними активами ТОВ ПЕК «ЕНЕРГОПРОЕКТ». Предметом дослідження є облік та аналіз ефективності використання товарних запасів підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є наукове обґрунтування теоретичних положень і розроблення практичних рекомендацій обліку та аналіз ефективності використання товарних запасів та надання пропозицій щодо вдосконалення товарних запасів, а також пошук резервів підвищення ефективності використання товарних запасів на ТОВ ПЕК «ЕНЕРГОПРОЕКТ». Методи дослідження: системний підхід до вивчення економічних явищ і процесів. Під час виконання дослідження використано загальнонаукові методи пізнання: історичний метод, методи індукції та дедукції, термінологічного аналізу, теоретичного узагальнення і порівняння; методи причинно-наслідкового зв’язку та абстрактно-логічний метод. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретичних і методичних положень і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення обліку і аналіз товарних запасів для забезпечення інтересів користувачів у сучасних економічних умовах для ефективного використання товарних запасів. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна: удосконалено:  зміст сутності трактування терміну «товарні запаси», як активи, які використовуються для подальшого продажу, виконання робіт і надання послуг, а також управління підприємством;  наукову класифікацію груп та основних виді запасів для правильної організації обліку запасів та контролю запасів, що знаходяться у надлишку або в обмеженій кількості на підприємстві;  діючий механізм документування операцій з руху товарних запасів, що дозволить зменшити обсяги зайвої роботи облікового апарату та дозволить зосередитись на результативності інформації, що впливає на прийняття управлінських рішень щодо наявності товарних запасів і запропонувати на підприємстві лімітно-забірну картку, в якій на відміну від стандартної, надається можливість оформлення багаторазового відпуску двох номенклатурних видів товарних запасів. набули подальшого розвитку:  механізм розрахунків вибуття товарних запасів, що запобігає можливості зменшенню прибутковості підприємства торгівлі, забезпечує відображення у балансі суми запасів, яка приблизно збігається з поточною ринковою вартістю;  пропозиції щодо визначення рівня забезпеченості необхідними видами товарних запасів за допомогою методики планування, аналізу запасів. Практичне знання отриманих результатів полягає у розробленні рекомендацій, спрямованих на удосконалення обліку та методики аналізу товарних запасів. Застосування на практиці запропонованих автором рекомендацій дозволить забезпечити ефективність використання товарних запасів.

EN : The qualification work contains 98 p., 3 sections, 17 tab., 7 fig., 77 references. The object of the study is the inventory in the current asset management system of PEK «ENERGOPROEKT» LLC. The subject of the study is the accounting and analysis of the efficiency of the use of the company's inventory in modern business conditions. The purpose of the qualification work is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical provisions and the development of practical accounting recommendations and the analysis of the efficiency of the use of goods stocks and the provision of proposals for the improvement of goods stocks, as well as the search for reserves to increase the efficiency of the use of goods stocks at PEK «ENERGOPROEKT» LLC. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. During the research the general scientific methods of cognition were used: historical method, methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis, theoretical generalization and comparison; methods of causation and abstract-logical method. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the accounting and analysis of commodity stocks to ensure the interests of users in modern economic conditions for the effective use of commodity stocks. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterized by scientific novelty: improved: – the content of the essence of the interpretation of the term «inventories» as assets that are used for further sale, performance of work and provision of services, as well as enterprise management; – scientific classification of groups and main types of stocks for the correct organization of stock accounting and control of stocks that are in excess or in limited quantities at the enterprise; – an effective mechanism for documenting operations on the movement of goods stocks, which will allow to reduce the volume of redundant work of the accounting apparatus and allow to focus on the effectiveness of information that affects the adoption of management decisions regarding the availability of goods stocks and to offer a limit-withdrawal card at the enterprise, in which, unlike the standard, it is possible to issue a multiple release of two nomenclature types of goods stocks. acquired further development: – a mechanism for calculating the disposal of commodity stocks, which prevents the possibility of a decrease in the profitability of a trade enterprise, ensures that the amount of stocks is reflected in the balance sheet, which approximately coincides with the current market value; – proposals for determining the level of provision of the necessary types of commodity stocks using planning techniques, analysis of stocks. Practical knowledge of the obtained results consists in the development of recommendations aimed at improving the accounting and analysis methods of commodity stocks. The practical application of the recommendations proposed by the author will ensure the efficiency of the use of commodity stocks.
