Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та розробити модель формування професійних компетентностей майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти в умовах дистанційної освіти. Предмет дослідження: особливості формування професійних компетентностей майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти в умовах дистанційної освіти. У роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан опрацювання питання професійних компетентностей педагога закладу вищої освіти та дистанційної освіти у науковій літературі та сформульовано теоретичні засади дослідження; теоретично обґрунтовано модель формування професійних компетентностей майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти в умовах дистанційної освіти; здійснено діагностику сформованості професійних компетентностей майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти; розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності формування професійних компетентностей майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти в умовах дистанційної освіти. Матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані педагогами закладів вищої освіти у навчально-виховному процесі із студентами, які навчаються в умовах дистанційної освіти.

The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and develop a model of the formation of professional competencies of a future teacher of a higher education institution in the conditions of distance education. Object of research: professional competences of the future teacher of a higher education institution. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the formation of professional competences of the future teacher of the institution of higher education in the conditions of distance education. The paper analyzes the current state of working out the issue of professional competencies of a teacher of a higher education institution and distance education in the scientific literature and formulates the theoretical foundations of the research; the model of formation of professional competences of the future teacher of a higher education institution in the conditions of distance education is theoretically substantiated; the diagnosis of the formation of professional competencies of the future teacher of the higher education institution was carried out; recommendations have been developed to increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional competencies of the future teacher of a higher education institution in the conditions of distance education. Research materials can be used by teachers of higher education institutions in the educational process with students studying in distance education.
