Інформаційна політика телеканалу “Дом” в реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій

Abstract

UA : Магістерська робота «Інформаційна політика телеканалу “Дом” в реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій» – основний текст – 63 сторінки. Для виконання дипломної роботи опрацьовано 71 джерело. Об’єктом дослідження є мовленнєва сітка телеканалу «Дом» за період від 1 по 28 лютого 2022 року, а також за вересень 2022 року. Часові межі дослідження обґрунтовані тим, що телеканал створений задовго до повномасштабної війни в Україні. Напочатку лютого лишень велися розмови про повномасштабне вторгнення Росії, а від 24 лютого завдання і цілі телеканалу змінилися, оскільки вторгнення відбулось. Предметом дослідження є інструменти ЗМІ для реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій: жанри телеефіру та особливості верстки новин. Мета роботи: аналіз завдань та інструментів, якими володіють українські ЗМІ, задля протистояння російській пропаганді та реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України. Реалізація мети передбачає розв’язання таких завдань: 1. Визначити, що таке реінтеграція окупованих територій та громадян, які проживають на них, ознайомитися з кейсами досягнення цього процесу. 2. Дослідити, проаналізувати мовленнєву сітку телеканалу «Дом» за лютий 2022 року, а також за вересень 2022 року. 3. Порівняти як змінилося наповнення телевізійної сітки телеканалу «Дом» до і після повномасштабної війни в Україні. 4. Проаналізувати завдання та інструменти, які використовують ЗМІ задля реінтеграції окупованих територій. 5. Взяти експертне інтервʼю у працівників ЗМІ, які сприяють реінтеграції українців на окупованих територіях. 6 6. Дослідити експертне інтервʼю у керівників телеканалу «Дом», який був ціленаправлено створений задля реінтеграції жителів окупованих територій України додому Методологічну основу досліджень складають аналіз наукової джерельної бази: робіт українських і зарубіжних дослідників, які підіймали питання реінтерації і роботи українських ЗМІ, практиків, спостереження за мовленнєвою сіткою телеканалу «Дом», порівняльний аналіз, синтез, систематизація і уніфікація експертного інтерв’ю, проведеного власноруч. Аналіз експертного інтервʼю генеральної директорки державного підприємства «Мультимедійної платформи іномовлення України» Юлії Островської. Дослідження і вивчення стратегії реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій. Теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці українських та зарубіжних вчених, які вивчали та досліджували поняття і процеси реінтеграції, програмної сітки мовлення на телебаченні, різновиди жанрів телебачення, ведучих, їх роботу у кадрі, верстку новинних випуків, таких як: О. Антонюк, В. Гоян, А. Баранецька, В. Здоровега, Е. Бурдіна, Л. Кройчик, П. Мірошниченко, Є. Соломін, І. Черемних, К. Чорна, І. Черемних та ін. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у дослідженні інструментів мовлення українського державного телеканалу, який був створений для кращої комунікації між українською державою та суспільством, яке тимчасово проживає на окупованих територіях. Завдяки експертному інтервʼю дізналися про актуальний запит людей на конкретну інформацію під час війни, вплив українських медіа на людей з тимчасово окупованих територій, перепони і недоліки в роботі журналістів, які намагаються реінтегрувати людей, що живуть в окупації, а також про дії діяльність ЗМІ під час повномасштабної війни в країні. Сфера застосування: Матеріали магістерського дослідження можуть бути використані під час подальших наукових розробок, при розробці нових засад і правил роботи ЗМІ задля реінтеграції жителів окупованих територій. Матеріали також можна ураховувати при створенні нових концепцій та стратегій реінтеграції окупованих територій, у викладанні спеціалізованих курсів.

EN : The Master’s paper is dedicated to the analysis reintegration tools used by Ukrainian media to return residents of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Actuality of the research paper has its due to the fact that as a result of being in a closed information environment and the strengthening of Russian informational influence, residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are more drawn to RussianSoviet values and narratives. The task of Ukraine and Ukrainian journalists is to reintegrate people in the occupied territories. To talk about the events in Ukraine and what is waiting for people in non-administrative territories at home. The object of the study is the broadcast network of the “Dom” TV channel for the period from February 1 to 28, 2022, as well as for September 2022. The time limits of the study are based on the fact that the TV channel was created long before the full-scale war in Ukraine. At the beginning of February, there were only talks about a full-scale invasion of Russia, and from February 24, the tasks and goals of the TV channel changed, because the invasion took place. The subject of the study is media instruments for re-integration of temporarily occupied territories. The aim of the work is to analyze the tasks and instruments owned by Ukrainian media for the purpose of confrontation. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: 8 1. Determine what the reintegration of the occupied territories and its people is, familiarize yourself with the cases of achieving this process 2. Research and analyze the broadcast network of the “Dom” TV channel for February 2022, as well as for September 2022. 3. Compare how the content of the “Dom” television network changed before and after the full-scale war in Ukraine. 4. To analyze the tasks and tools used by mass media for the reintegration of the occupied territories. 5. Conduct an expert interview with media workers who promote the reintegration of Ukrainians in the occupied territories. 6. Conduct an expert interview with the managers of the “Dom” TV channel, which was purposefully created for the reintegration of residents of the occupied territories of Ukraine back home. The methodological basis of the research is the analysis of the scientific source base, the works of Ukrainian and foreign researchers who raised the issue of reinterpretation and the work of Ukrainian mass media, practitioners, observation of the broadcasting network of the “Dom” TV channel. Comparative analysis, synthesis, systematization and unification of an expert interview conducted by oneself, аnalysis of an expert interview of Yulia Ostrovska, the general director of the state enterprise “Multimedia Platform for Foreign Language of Ukraine”. Analysis and study of the reintegration strategy of temporarily occupied territories. The theoretical basis of the study consists of the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists who studied and researched the concepts and processes of reintegration, the program network of television broadcasts, the varieties of television genres, presenters, their work in the frame, the layout of news bulletins: O. Antonyuk, V. Goyan, A. Baranetska, V. Zdorovega, E. Burdina, L. Kroichyk, P. Miroshnychenko, E. Solomin, I. Cheremnykh, K. Chorna, I. Cheremnykh and others. 9 The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the study of the broadcasting tools of the Ukrainian state TV channel, which was created for better communication between the Ukrainian state and the society temporarily living in the occupied territories. Thanks to an expert interview, we learned about the actual request of people for information during the war. And also about the actions of the mass media during a full-scale war in the country. Scope: The materials of the diploma research can be used during further scientific developments, in the development of new principles and rules of mass media for the reintegration of residents of the occupied territories. The materials can also be taken into account when creating new concepts and strategies for the reintegration of the occupied territories.
