Розробка інвестиційної стратегії ТОВ «Ґраномеліт» як умова зміцнення економічної безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 116 с., 19 рис., 22 табл., 70 джерел, 3 додатки. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес розробки інвестиційної стратегії як умова зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємства. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи розробки інвестиційної стратегії ТОВ «ГРАНУМ-ЕЛІТ» для зміцнення його економічної безпеки. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є вдосконалення методичних підходів до визначення економічної безпеки підприємства, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо формування інвестиційної стратегії для зміцнення економічної безпеки ТОВ «ГРАНУМ-ЕЛІТ». Завдання дослідження: обґрунтувати основні компоненти економічної безпеки підприємства, загрози та засоби їх нейтралізації; визначити роль інвестиційної стратегії в забезпеченні економічної безпеки підприємства; провести фінансово-економічний аналіз та оцінювання інвестиційного потенціалу ТОВ «ГРАНУМ-ЕЛІТ»; здійснити діагностику рівня економічної безпеки ТОВ «ГРАНУМ-ЕЛІТ»; обґрунтувати можливості зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємства за рахунок інвестиційної стратегії; розробити інвестиційну стратегію для підвищення економічної безпеки; визначити економічну ефективність реалізації інвестиційної стратегії. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів визначається такими основними положеннями: вдосконалено алгоритм формування інвестиційної стратегії для підвищення економічної безпеки підприємства; набуло подальшого розвитку визначення поняття «економічна безпека підприємства». Практичне значення мають розробки з обґрунтування інвестиційної стратегії для підвищення економічної безпеки ТОВ «ГРАНУМ-ЕЛІТ».

The object of the study is the process of developing an investment strategy as a condition for strengthening the economic security of the enterprise. The subject of the study is methodical approaches and principles of investment strategy development of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT" to strengthen its economic security. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve methodological approaches to determining the economic security of the enterprise, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the formation of an investment strategy to strengthen the economic security of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT". Research task: to substantiate the main components of economic security of the enterprise, threats and means of their neutralization; determine the role of the investment strategy in ensuring the economic security of the enterprise; conduct a financial and economic analysis and assessment of the investment potential of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT"; carry out diagnostics of the level of economic security of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT"; justify the possibilities of strengthening the economic security of the enterprise due to the investment strategy; to develop an investment strategy to increase the economic security of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT"; to determine the economic efficiency of the implementation of the investment strategy of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT". The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following basic provisions: the investment strategy formation algorithm has been improved to increase the economic security of the enterprise, which contributes to the establishment of clear tasks and responsibilities for each of the divisions, which must directly participate in the process of managing the investment strategy and ensure the economic security of the enterprise; the definition of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" as a comprehensive characteristic, which is understood as the level of protection of all types of potential of the enterprise from internal and external threats, which ensures stable functioning and effective development and requires management by the management of the enterprise, has gained further development. This formulation, unlike the existing ones, contains a system of means that ensure the economic stability of the enterprise, as well as contribute to increasing the level of well-being of the staff. Developments on the justification of the investment strategy for increasing the economic security of LLC "GRANUM-ELIT" are of practical importance.
