Комунікаційні прийоми інтерв’ювання: принципи та професійні стандарти

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 50 стор., 76 джерел. Об'єктом дослідження є інтерв’ю Яніни Соколової на прикладі випусків програми «Рандеву» за 10 листопада 2018 року, 23 березня 2019, 30 березня 2019, 12 грудня 2020 року, 12 червня 2021, 7 квітня 2022, 7 травня 2022, 28 травня 2022, 13 серпня 2022 року, 13 листопада 2022. Предметом дослідження є особливості жанрово-тематичної структури «інтерв’ю» та роботи інтерв’юерів в сучасному українському медіапросторі. Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей функціонування жанру інтерв’ю в українському медіапросторі та окреслення образу інтерв’юера нових реалій. Теоретико-методологічні засади: розгляду особливостей функціонування жанру інтерв’ю в українському медіапросторі та образу інтерв’юера нових реалій присвятили свої роботи автори С. Бутнік-Сіверський, К. Гавриловська, В. Галудзіна-Горобець, В. Гоян, Х. Дяків, А. Заблоцька, В. Здоровега, О. Косюк, О. Кузьменко, І. Літвін, В. Михайленко, І. Михайлин, С. Моркотун, А. Москаленко, М. Недопитанський, Л. Овсієнко, С. Сербін, І. Скишляк, О. Яремчук. Отримані результати: здійснено контент-аналіз інтерв’ю журналістки Яніни Соколової щодо трансформації професійних стандартів журналістки і прийомів інтерв’ювання. Досліджені наслідки впливу повномасштабної війни на журналістський жанр «інтерв’ю» та роботу інтерв’юерів. Визначені основні особливості роботи над воєнними інтерв’ю. Проаналізовано метод інтерв’ю щодо особливостей збору інформації у воєнний час.

EN : The Master’s paper is dedicated to the features of the genre-thematic structure of the «interview» and the work of interviewers in the modern Ukrainian media space. The object of the work is Yanina Sokolova's interview based on the examples of program called «Rendezvous» on the episodes dated by November 10, 2018, March 23, 2019, March 30, 2019, December 12, 2020, June 12, 2021, April 7, 2022, May 7, 2022, May 28 2022, August 13, 2022, November 13, 2022. The main aim of the paper is to determine the peculiarities of the functioning of the interview genre in the Ukrainian media space and outline the image of the interviewer of new realities. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: 1) to reveal the main approaches to the scientific interpretation of interviews; 2) to investigate and summarize the theoretical achievements of scientists regarding interview techniques and the specifics of work on them; 3) to analyze the image of a modern interviewer and to explore how the war affected his professional standards; 4) to conduct a content analysis of the interview of journalist Yanina Sokolova. In the course of the scientific research, it was made a content analysis of the interview of the journalist Yanina Sokolova about the transformation of the journalist's professional standards and interviewing techniques. The main features of work on military interviews are defined. The interview method was analyzed in relation to the peculiarities of information gathering in wartime. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in the researching of the consequences of the impact of full-scale war on the journalistic genre «interview» and the work of interviewers.
