Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 65 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 2 таблиці, 4 рисунка. Перелік посилань включає 48 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: самоосвіта майбутніх фахівців. В умовах сьогодення освіта стає головним чинником розвитку особистості і суспільства. Уявлення про освіту змінюються в міру того, як в суспільстві починають визнавати факт необхідності освіти протягом усього життя. Розвиток суспільства на сучасному етапі зажадало перегляду стратегії освіти у вищій школі та зумовило розуміння освітнього процесу не тільки як зовнішньої по відношенню до студента діяльності, але і як процесу, результату діяльності самого студента. Замість колишнього поняття «освіта» складається нове поняття: «освіта особистості» як процес і результат власної відповідальності, невдач і заслуг. Наукова новизна полягає у тому що: теоретично і емпірично досліджено особливості мотиваційної складової самоосвіти майбутніх фахівців магістерського рівня початкової і дошкільної освіти.

In today's conditions, education becomes the main factor in the development of the individual and society. Perceptions of education are changing as society begins to recognize the fact that education is necessary throughout life. The development of society at the current stage demanded a revision of the strategy of education in higher education and determined the understanding of the educational process not only as an activity external to the student, but also as a process, the result of the activity of the student himself. Instead of the former concept of "education", a new concept is formed: "personal education" as a process and result of one's own responsibility, failures and merits. The scientific novelty is that: the features of the motivational component of self-education of future specialists of the master's level of primary and preschool education were theoretically and empirically investigated.
