Копінг-стратегії як чинник збереження адаптаційних можливостей в умовах воєнних дій

Abstract

Кардинальні соціально-економічні зміни сучасного життя торкаються як суспільства в цілому, так і професійної сфери, в якій реалізує себе фахівець. Досить часто моменти реалізації в професійній діяльності, яка має свої норми і зразки, входять до кола внутрішньо-особистісних проблем фахівця у переживанні суперечностей адаптації до цих умов. Така суперечність актуалізує питання детермінант професійної реалізації, де центральну позицію займає проблема психічного здоров’я фахівця. Коли йдеться про фахівців екстрених служб, то ця проблема набуває подвійної актуальності, адже їх праця пов’язана з підвищеною активністю психічних функцій, емоційною та інтелектуальною напругою. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що нами було проведено комплексний аналіз поняття здоров’я особистості, розкриту сутність та особливості копінг-ресурсів в системі психічного здоров’я особистості, проведено експериментально-діагностичний аналіз копінг-ресурсів психічного здоров’я представників екстрених служб в умовах воєнного стану.

Object of research: adaptive capabilities as a component of mental health of an individual. Radical socio-economic changes in modern life affect both society as a whole and the professional sphere in which a specialist realizes himself. Quite often, moments of realization in professional activity, which has its own norms and patterns, are part of the circle of intra-personal problems of a specialist in experiencing the contradictions of adaptation to these conditions. Such a contradiction actualizes the issue of determinants of professional realization, where the problem of mental health of a specialist occupies a central position. When it comes to emergency services specialists, this problem becomes doubly urgent, because their work is associated with increased activity of mental functions, emotional and intellectual stress. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the concept of personal health, revealed the essence and features of coping resources in the system of mental health of an individual, conducted an experimental and diagnostic analysis of coping resources of mental health of representatives of emergency services in conditions of martial law.
