Психологічні особливості посттравматичного зростання особистостей з різними типами прив’язаності

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 53 сторінках друкованого тексту, 3 таблиці, 6 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 31 джерело. Об’єкт дослідження: феномен посттравматичного зростання. Актуальність феномену посттравматичного зростання серед населення України у 2022 році суттєво зросла. Через повномасштабні воєнні дії на території країни безліч людей отримали травматичний досвід. Війна торкнулася всіх соціальних та вікових категорій людей. Досвід служби у ЗСУ, життя в окупації, споглядання ракетних обстрілів, фізичні травми, втрати близьких, дому, роботи, країни, життя у статусі біженця чи тимчасово переміщеної особи – це все травмувало та продовжує травмувати більшість населення України. Окремої уваги потребує ПТСР, з яким, як з наслідком отриманої травматизації, нам ще доведеться зіткнутися у майбутньому. Нікуди, нажаль, не поділися не пов’язані з війною події з катастрофічними наслідками. Статистика автокатастроф невтішна, пандемії коронавірусу та нових штамів грипу не вгасають, онкологічні захворювання продовжують вбивати людей. Слід зазначити особистісні кризи для кожного українця – згідно даним за 2021 рік, в Україні найвищий рівень розлучень у Європі.. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці рекомендацій для фасилітації посттравматичного зростання враховуючи тип прив’язаності особистості.

EN : The work is presented on 53 pages of printed text, 3 tables, 6 figures. The list of references includes 31 sources. The object of the study: the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth. The relevance of the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth among the population of Ukraine in 2022 has significantly increased. Due to full-scale military actions on the territory of the country, many people received a traumatic experience. The war affected all social and age categories of people. The experience of serving in the Armed Forces, life under occupation, witnessing rocket attacks, physical injuries, loss of loved ones, home, work, country, life as a refugee or temporarily displaced person - all this traumatized and continues to traumatize the majority of the population of Ukraine. Special attention is needed for PTSD, which, as a consequence of traumatization, we will have to face in the future. Unfortunately, events unrelated to the war with catastrophic consequences did not go anywhere. The statistics of car accidents are disappointing, the pandemics of the coronavirus and new strains of influenza do not subside, and cancer continues to kill people. It should be noted personal crises for every Ukrainian - according to the data for 2021, Ukraine has the highest divorce rate in Europe. The scientific novelty consists in the development of recommendations for facilitating post-traumatic growth, taking into account the type of personal attachment.
