Гендерні особливості поведінки підлітків у конфліктних ситуаціях

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 63 сторінках друкованого тексту, 6 рисунків, 1 таблиця. Перелік посилань включає 79 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження виступає конфлікт, як психологічний феномен. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена практичним запитом сучасного суспільного розвитку, потребами шкільної психологічної служби, а також логікою подальшого наукового пізнання генезису уявлень про конфлікт у суб’єктів міжособистісного спілкування. Практика показує, що підлітки не вміють вирішувати конфлікти, і в їх конфліктних відносинах переважають деструктивні тенденції. Для зниження гостроти подібних явищ і більш продуктивного розв’язання міжособистісних конфліктів, необхідно їх психологічний супровід. Успішність взаємодії з підлітками вчителя та шкільного психолога багато в чому визначається розумінням вікової специфіки конфліктності та обранням адекватних засобів і способів роботи з ними. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що виявлено роль маскулінності та фемінності у виборі стратегії поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях. Експериментально підтверджено теорію про слабкість маскулінної та силу фемінної статево-рольової ідентичності в ситуаціях порушення значущих для індивіда ситуацій.

EN : The work is presented on 63 pages of printed text, 6 figures, 1 table. The list of references includes 79 sources. The object of research is conflict as a psychological phenomenon. The relevance of the research is determined by the practical demand of modern social development, the needs of the school psychological service, as well as the logic of further scientific knowledge of the genesis of ideas about conflict in subjects of interpersonal communication. Practice shows that teenagers do not know how to resolve conflicts, and destructive tendencies prevail in their conflict relations. To reduce the severity of such phenomena and to resolve interpersonal conflicts more productively, their psychological support is necessary. The success of a teacher's and school psychologist's interaction with teenagers is largely determined by understanding the age-specific nature of conflict and choosing adequate means and methods of working with them. The scientific novelty of the study is that the role of masculinity and femininity in choosing a strategy of behavior in conflict situations has been revealed. The theory about the weakness of the masculine and the strength of the feminine sex-role identity in situations of violation of situations significant for the individual has been experimentally confirmed.
