Вплив кар’єрних орієнтацій на особливості життєвого шляху особистості

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 70 сторінках друкованого тексту, 2 таблиці, 2 рисунки. Перелік посилань включає 45 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – кар’єрні орієнтації особистості. Сучасні умови розвитку суспільства сприяли ціннісній переорієнтації, яка пов’язана з «культурою успіху», характерною для західних країн. У новому українському суспільстві «робити кар’єру» стало не тільки можна, а й необхідно, щоб вважатися і вважати себе успішною людиною. Образ успішної забезпеченої людини, який пропагується в ЗМІ, не маючи власної культурно-історичної основи, сприяє формуванню, переважно, пасивної та споживацької життєвої позиції громадян, яка проявляється в байдужості, егоцентризмі, спрямованості на отримання власного задоволення. В цьому аспекті дослідницький інтерес викликає уявлення сучасного студентства щодо свого кар’єрного розвитку, якою мірою молоді люди усвідомлюють власні кар’єрні орієнтації, цінності і смисли, на яких вони засновані. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: - досліджено особливості кар’єрних орієнтацій та їх вплив на побудову життєвого шляху майбутніх фахівців;- уточнено й поглиблено наукове розуміння кар’єрних орієнтацій студентів ЗВО;- набуло подальшого розвитку знання про зміст кар’єрних орієнтацій особистості; здійснено подальший розвиток теорії кар’єрної спрямованості;- розроблено практичні рекомендації по роботі зі студентами в сфері психологічного супроводу усвідомлення, планування і побудови професійної кар’єри.

EN : The work is presented on 70 pages of printed text, 2 tables, 2 figures. The list of references includes 45 sources. The object of the study is the career orientation of the individual. Modern conditions of social development have contributed to the value reorientation, which is associated with the "culture of success" characteristic of Western countries. In the new Ukrainian society, "making a career" has become not only possible, but also necessary in order to be considered and consider yourself a successful person. The image of a successful well-off person, which is promoted in the mass media, without its own cultural and historical basis, contributes to the formation of a mostly passive and consumerist life position of citizens, which is manifested in indifference, egocentrism, and focus on obtaining personal satisfaction. In this aspect, the research interest is the perception of modern students regarding their career development, to what extent young people are aware of their own career orientations, values and meanings on which they are based. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that: - the peculiarities of career orientations and their influence on the construction of the life path of future specialists were investigated; - the scientific understanding of the career orientations of students of higher education institutions was clarified and deepened; - knowledge about the content of career orientations was further developed personalities; further development of the theory of career orientation was carried out; - practical recommendations for working with students in the field of psychological support of awareness, planning and building a professional career were developed.
