Формування ефективної системи фінансової безпеки підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» на засадах контролінгу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 106 с., 16 рис., 28 табл., 71 джерело, 2 додатки Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації контролінгу на підприємстві ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади управління діяльністю підприємства на засадах контролінгу. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретичних, методичних та практичних засад формування ефективної системи контролінгу для забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних джерел щодо питань сутності та особливостей управління підприємством на засадах контролінгу; 2) оцінка показників діяльності промислового підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» в системі фінансового контролінгу; 3) розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління діяльністю ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» на засадах контролінгу. Методи досліджень: логічні й емпіричні методи, а також методи порівняльного, статистичного аналізу, графоаналітичні методи відображення результатів досліджень. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) вдосконалено методичний інструментарій оцінювання результатів діяльності підприємства із застосуванням збалансованої системи показників; 2) сформовано основні напрями забезпечення впровадження контролінгу витрат у механізм управління витратами підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо впровадження інструментів контролінгу можуть бути використані в діяльності підприємств з метою підвищення рівня фінансової безпеки.

The object of the study is the process of organization of controlling at PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv» The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and practical principles of managing the company's activities on the basis of controlling. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of the formation of an effective controlling system to ensure the financial security of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary sources on issues of the essence and features of enterprise management on the basis of controlling; 2) assessment of performance indicators of the industrial enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv» in the financial controlling system; 3) development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of management of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv» activities on the basis of controlling. The methodological basis of this study is the dialectical method of learning economic phenomena regarding the essence and features of controlling the enterprise, modern management theory. In the course of the research, logical and empirical methods were widely used, as well as methods of comparative, statistical analysis, grapho-analytical methods of displaying research results. The information base for writing the qualification work consisted of: textbooks, study guides, monographs and periodicals of domestic and foreign scientists. In addition, the financial statements of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv» were used. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) the methodical tools for evaluating the results of the company's activity have been improved using a balanced system of indicators, which allows measuring the results of achieving the company's strategic goals; 2) the organizational support for the implementation of cost controlling in the cost management mechanism of the enterprise, in particular in the system of measuring the effectiveness of costs, their planning and control, has gained further development. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals regarding the introduction of controlling tools can be used in the activities of enterprises in order to increase the level of financial security.
