Управління фінансовою стійкістю АТ «Ощадбанк» в системі фінансової безпеки банку

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 104 с., 13 рис., 23 табл., 70 джерел, 2 додатки Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління фінансовою стійкістю банку АТ «Ощадбанк». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів формування системи управління фінансовою стійкістю банку. Метою роботи є оцінювання ефективності управління фінансовою стійкістю банку в сучасних умовах. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних джерел щодо питань сутності та особливостей управління фінансовою стійкістю; 2) оцінка діяльності банківської установи АТ «Ощадбанк»; 3) оцінка рівня фінансової стійкості АТ «Ощадбанк»; 4) розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління фінансовою стійкістю АТ «Ощадбанк». Методи досліджень: систематизація та узагальнення, системного аналізу, методи аналізу та синтезу, індукції та дедукції, метод групувань, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено методичне забезпечення оцінювання рівня фінансової стійкості банку; 2) сформовано основні напрями забезпечення стійкості банківських установ з урахуванням результатів стрес-тестування. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оцінювання та ефективного управління фінансовою стійкістю можуть бути використані в діяльності банківських установ.

EN : Qualifying work: 104 p., 13 fig., 23 tab., 70 annex, 2 references. The object of the study is the processes of managing the financial stability of the bank JSC «Oschadbank». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the formation of the bank's financial stability management system. The purpose of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of managing the bank's financial stability in modern conditions. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary sources on issues of essence and features of financial stability management; 2) assessment of the banking institution JSC «Oschadbank»; 3) assessment of the level of financial stability of JSC «Oschadbank»; 4) development of recommendations for increasing the efficiency of financial stability management of JSC «Oschadbank». Research methods: systematization and generalization (when studying the essence of the concept of «financial stability»); system analysis (when determining the elements of the bank's financial stability management system); methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping method, graphic. The information base of the research was the current normative and legislative acts that regulate banking activities, official materials of the National Bank of Ukraine, the work of domestic and foreign scientists, which highlighted the problems of managing the financial stability of the bank, articles in periodicals, the bank's official website, internal regulatory documents and financial reporting JSC «Oschadbank». The obtained results and their novelty: 1) methodical support for assessing the level of financial stability of the bank has been improved; 2) the main areas of ensuring the stability of banking institutions have been formed, taking into account the results of stress testing. Practical significance of the obtained results. The proposed practical recommendations are aimed at increasing the efficiency of managing the bank's financial stability, which will improve the level of the bank's financial condition and management efficiency. The obtained results can be used by banks in improving financial stability management tools.
