Психологічні особливості гострого стресового розладу у дорослих

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 65 сторінках друкованого тексту, 1 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 23 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – стрес як психічний феномен. У нашої країни не було досвіду війн, на яких ґрунтувалися б дослідження. Вони у своїй більшості ґрунтувалися на даних інших країн, які мали власний досвід участі у бойових діях. Починаючи з 2014 року до розробки власних методик доєдналися українські науковці, психотерапевти, психологи, бо допомоги потребували ті, хто пішов захищати кордони нашої держави, приймав безпосередню участь у бойових діях, члени їх родини, населення, яке опинилося на окупованій росією території або виїхали за межі своїх населених пунктів. З початком повномасштабних воєнних дій велика кількість українців опинилася у стресових умовах. Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні методів, які допомагають дорослим впоратися самостійно та за допомогою спеціаліста з наслідками гострого стресового розладу.

EN : The work is presented on 65 pages of printed text, 1 appendix. The list of references includes 23 sources. The object of research is stress as a mental phenomenon. Our country had no experience of wars on which research would be based. They were mostly based on data from other countries that had their own experience of participating in hostilities. Starting from 2014, Ukrainian scientists, psychotherapists, and psychologists joined the development of their own methods, because those who went to defend the borders of our country, took direct part in hostilities, their family members, and the population who ended up in the territory occupied by Russia or left for boundaries of their settlements. With the beginning of full-scale hostilities, a large number of Ukrainians found themselves in stressful conditions. Scientific novelty consists in identifying methods that help adults cope independently and with the help of a specialist with the consequences of acute stress disorder.
