Особливості психологічної готовності викладачів до процесів реформування вищої освіти

Abstract

На сьогоднішній день однією з актуальних проблем є реформування в галузі вищої освіти та створення привабливості для міжнародної європейської освіти. Перспективою інтеграції європейських систем вищої освіти є створення єдиного європейського навчального плану, а світоглядною основою європеїзації стала ідея формування єдиної міжнаціональної спільноти. В освіті, якій відводиться роль провідного процесу інтернаціоналізації, ця концепція набула розвитку в понятті європейський вимір, основним завданням запровадження якого, є, перш за все, модернізація змісту освіти на всіх рівнях. Цей процес передбачає створення у закладах вищої освіти умов для мобільності здобувачів та викладачів, розвиток партнерських відносин між різними учасниками освітнього процесу, підтримку спільних культурно-освітніх ініціатив та проектів. Наукова новизна полягає у подальшому розвитку уявлення про формування психологічної готовності викладачів до реформування вищої освіти.

Today, one of the urgent problems is the reformation in the field of higher education and the creation of attractiveness for international European education. The perspective of the integration of European systems of higher education is the creation of a single European curriculum, and the ideological basis of Europeanization was the idea of forming a single international community. In education, which is assigned the role of the leading process of internationalization, this concept has developed into the concept of the European dimension, the main task of its introduction is, first of all, the modernization of the content of education at all levels. This process involves the creation of conditions in higher education institutions for the mobility of applicants and teachers, the development of partnership relations between various participants in the educational process, and the support of joint cultural and educational initiatives and projects. The scientific novelty consists in the further development of the idea of the formation of the psychological readiness of teachers for the reform of higher education.
