Очікування іноді не збігаються з реаліями міжособистісних стосунків у групі, створюючи додаткові конфлікти. Крім того, суспільство висуває нові вимоги до навичок спілкування, толерантності, навичок саморегуляції тощо, які розвиваються, серед іншого, через оптимізацію очікувань у міжособистісних стосунках. Оптимізація розвитку соціально-психологічних очікувань є важливою складовою комунікаційної системи. Позитивно впливають набуті знання, навички конструктивної міжособистісної взаємодії, уміння планувати, прогнозувати хід подій, поєднувати толерантність і вимогливість до учасника взаємодії, узгоджувати свої дії з діями інших учасників. на рівень саморегуляції, підвищують психологічну готовність і сприяють стабілізації соціально-психологічного клімату. Новизна отриманих результатів полягає в дослідженні соціально-психологічних особливостей прояву феномену очікування в процесі міжособистісної взаємодії. Висновки дослідження та рекомендації щодо обгрунтування соціально-психологічних особливостей прояву феномену очікування в процесі міжособистісної взаємодії можуть бути були прийняті до уваги та знайти конкретну реалізацію в учнівській практиці.

Optimizing the development of socio-psychological expectations is an important component of the communication system.
