"Мовне питання" в медіа-дописах під час дії воєнного стану в Україні

Abstract

UA : Робота влючає 72 сторінку, 42 позиції у списку літератури, 1 додаток. Об’єкт наукового дослідження: феномен «мовного питання». «Мовне питання» – комплекс проблем, пов’язаних з суспільною дискусією та державною політикою щодо статусу різних мов у поліетнічному суспільстві. «Мовне питання» в Україні має довгу історію та пов’язане з феноменами лінгвоциду, примусової русифікації, інформаційно-психологічних кампаній, які проводились з ініціативи росії. Серед міжнародних організацій, залучених до вирішення комплексу проблем, пов’язаних з даними процесами є Венеціанська комісія та програми під егідою ЮНЕСКО. Українське суспільство повинно виробити механізми, які б з одного боку, захищали та сприяли розвитку української мови та культурної спадищини, з іншого – коректно вирішували питання щодо виключення дискримінації інших етнічних груп. Важливою складовою є підтримка людей, які тільки намагаються опанувати українську мову з метою запобігання актам шеймінгу та агресії з боку радикально налаштованих груп населення.

EN : The work includes 72 pages, 42 items in the bibliography, 1 appendix. Object of scientific research: the phenomenon of "language question". "Language issue" is a set of problems related to public debate and state policy regarding the status of different languages in a multi-ethnic society. The "language question" in Ukraine has a long history and is connected with the phenomena of linguicide, forced Russification, information and psychological campaigns, which were carried out at the initiative of Russia. The Venice Commission and programs under the auspices of UNESCO are among the international organizations involved in solving a complex of problems related to these processes. Ukrainian society should develop mechanisms that would, on the one hand, protect and promote the development of the Ukrainian language and cultural heritage, and, on the other hand, correctly resolve the issue of excluding discrimination against other ethnic groups. An important component is the support of people who are just trying to master the Ukrainian language in order to prevent acts of shaming and aggression by radical population groups.
