Технології соціальної роботи з батьками дітей із РАС

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: проаналізувати технології соціальної роботи, виявити які з них будуть найбільш ефективні у консультативній та просвітницькій роботі з батьками дітей з РАС. Об’єктом дослідження є батьки дітей з розладами аутичного спектра. Предметом дослідження постають технології соціальної роботи з батьками дітей з розладами аутичного спектра. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, контент-аналіз. Гіпотеза дослідження. технології соціальної роботи є запорукою комплексного, системного, багаторівневого впливу на екосистему родини з дитиною з РАС. Вони сприяють ребалансуванню психологічних реакцій батьків на поведінку дитини та створюють сприятливі умови для розвитку дитини з розладами аутичного спектра. Висновки: 1. Розлади аутичного спектра порушують майже всі сторони психіки особи, тому неймовірно важливим є надання комплексної все сторонньої допомоги усім членам родини, які постійно контактують з дитиною. 2. У ведені випадку сім’ї з дитиною з РАС доцільно використовувати інноваційні технології роботи. Соціальний працівник отримує можливість навчити батьків ефективної та позитивної взаємодії з дитиною за умови розуміння їх особливостей психологічного та емоційного стану, що є обов’язковим етапом у процесі поступового та не нав’язливого залучення дитини до усвідомленого контакту та безпосередньої уваги. 3. Корекційно-психологічна допомога має бути на постійній основі, що можливо лише за умови створення цілісної системи соціального та психолого- педагогічного супроводу дітей з РАС. Оскільки проблеми поведінки дитини та батьківський стрес мають обопільний вплив, спеціалісту важливо контролювати психологічний добробут родини та включати соціально-емоційну підтримку в сімейні поведінкові втручання.

EN : Purpose of the study: analyze Social Work Technologies and identify which ones will be most effective in counseling and educational work with parents of children with ASD. Object of study are parents of children with autism spectrum disorders. Subject of the study is the technology of social work with parents of children with autism spectrum disorders. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, content analysis. Hypothesis of the study: social work technologies are the key to a comprehensive, systemic, multi-level impact on the ecosystem of a family with a child with ASD. They help to rebalance the psychological reactions of parents to the child's behavior and create favorable conditions for the development of a child with autism spectrum disorders. Conclusions: 1. Autism spectrum disorders affect almost all aspects of the person's psyche, so it is incredibly important to provide comprehensive all-sided assistance to all family members who are in constant contact with the child. 2. In the case management of a family with a child with ASD, it is advisable to use innovative work technologies. The social carer gets the opportunity to teach parents how to effectively and positively interact with the child, provided that they understand their peculiarities of psychological and emotional state, which is a mandatory stage in the process of gradual and not intrusive involvement of the child in conscious contact and direct attention. 3. Correctional and psychological assistance should be provided on a permanent basis, which is possible only if a comprehensive system of social, psychological and pedagogical support for children with ASD is created. Since child behavioral problems and parental stress have a mutual influence, it is important for the specialist to monitor the psychological well-being of the family and include social and emotional support in family behavioral interventions.
