Управління зовнішньоекономічним потенціалом виробничого підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 66 с., 11 табл., 12 рис., 59 джерел. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні, наукові та прикладні положення формування та використання зовнішньоекономічного потенціалу підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є машинобудівний завод ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Мета дослідження: визначення шляхів вдосконалення системи управління процесами формування та вдосконалення зовнішньоекономічного потенціалу ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Методи дослідження: сукупність загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів дослідження, зокрема: системний підхід; абстрактно-логічний метод; метод фінансового аналізу; графічний метод; метод експертних оцінок; нормативний метод; метод логічного узагальнення та порівняння. Специфіка роботи полягає у детальному аналізі стану стратегічного потенціалу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності одного з провідних підприємств машинобудівної галузі України – ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Для дослідження поставленої мети були визначені та вирішені такі завдання: структуровано теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття та економічної сутності потенціалу підприємства; виділено основні складові потенціалу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства; проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки потенціалу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств. У другому розділі дослідження надано характеристику організаційно-економічної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; проаналізовано сучасний стан потенціалу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; розраховано показники конкурентоспроможності продукції компанії на зовнішніх ринках. За результатами дослідження у роботі визначено основні перспективні напрямки розвитку потенціалу ЗЕД ПАТ «Мотор Січ» за допомогою матричних методів, дослідити фактори ризику в ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та визначено напрямки їх мінімізації, а також розроблено перспективні шляхи розвитку концепції стратегічного потенціалу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Новизна одержаних результатів полягає в узагальненні теоретичних основ і розробці підходів до забезпечення ефективного управління потенціалом зовнішньоекономічної діяльності машинобудівного підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні рекомендацій щодо розвитку концепції стратегічного потенціалу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ» задля забезпечення ефективного його подальшого розвитку.

The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological, scientific and applied provisions of the formation and use of the foreign economic potential of the enterprise. The object of the study is the machine-building plant of Motor Sich PJSC. The purpose of the study: to determine ways to improve the management system of the processes of formation and improvement of the foreign economic potential of Motor Sich PJSC. Research methods: a set of general scientific and special research methods, in particular: systematic approach; abstract logical method; method of financial analysis; graphic method; method of expert evaluations; normative method; method of logical generalization and comparison. The specificity of the work consists in a detailed analysis of the state of the strategic potential of foreign economic activity of one of the leading enterprises of the machine-building industry of Ukraine - Motor Sich PJSC. The following tasks were defined and solved for researching the set goal: theoretical approaches to defining the concept and economic essence of the enterprise's potential were structured; the main components of the potential of the enterprise's foreign economic activity are highlighted; methodical approaches to assessing the potential of foreign economic activity of enterprises are analyzed. In the second chapter of the study, the organizational and economic activity of PJSC "Motor Sich" is described; the current state of the foreign economic activity potential of Motor Sich PJSC was analyzed; indicators of the competitiveness of the company's products on foreign markets were calculated. Based on the results of the study, the main prospective directions for the development of the potential of PJSC "Motor Sich" PJSC foreign economic activity were determined using matrix methods, the risk factors in the effectiveness of PJSC "Motor Sich" PJSC's foreign economic activity were investigated and directions for their minimization were determined, as well as promising ways of developing the concept of the strategic potential of foreign economic activity were developed. activities of Motor Sich PJSC. The novelty of the obtained results lies in the generalization of theoretical foundations and the development of approaches to ensuring effective management of the potential of foreign economic activity of the machine-building enterprise PJSC "Motor Sich". The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of recommendations regarding the development of the concept of the strategic potential of the foreign economic activity of PJSC "Motor Sich" in order to ensure its effective further development.
