Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з 3 розділів, 60 с., 17 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 50 джерел. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є формування та оцінка інструментарію управління життєдіяльністю підприємства промислового сектору економіки, з подальшою розробкою шляхів удосконалення іяльності підприємства. У першому розділі автором досліджено теоретичні питання щодо визначення сутності понять «життєдіяльність», «розвиток, «стратегія», а також проаналізовано науково-практичні аспекти формування системи визначення факторів впливу на ефективність управління життєдіяльності промислових підприємств. Також надана визначна роль та оцінка теоретичним основам інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, розглянуто види та сутність інвестицій, розкрито зміст поняття інвестиція та інновація, а також розглянута її класифікації, розробка інновацій на підприємстві та методи оцінки вимірювання. У другому розділі розкрито суть організаційної структури управління та характеристика напрямів діяльності підприємства, розглянуті фінансові показники підприємства, та надана оцінка інвестиційної діяльності підприємства промислового сектору економіки. В аналітичному розділі проведено оцінку дієвості використання підходу до оцінки життєзабезпечення діяльності на прикладі підприємств промисловості; розроблено методологічний підхід до комплексної оцінки життєдіяльності підприємства з урахуванням інвестицій. Запропоновані напрямки вдосконалення інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності на підприємстві. Розроблені та обґрунтовані заходи впровадження інвестиційного проекту.

EN : Master’s qualification work consists of 3 sections, 60 pages, 17 tables, 16 figures, 50 sources. The purpose of the master’s qualification work is the formation and evaluation of the tools for managing the life of an enterprise in the industrial sector of the economy, with the subsequent development of ways to improve the activity of the enterprise. In the first section, the author investigated theoretical questions regarding the definition of the essence of the concepts of "vital activity", "development, "strategy", and also analyzed the scientific and practical aspects of the formation of a system for determining the factors influencing the efficiency of life management of industrial enterprises. Also, an outstanding role and assessment of the theoretical foundations of the investment activity of the enterprise is provided, the types and essence of investments are considered, the content of the concept of investment and innovation is revealed, as well as its classification, development of innovations in the enterprise and measurement assessment methods are considered. The second section reveals the essence of the organizational structure of management and the characteristics of the activities of the enterprise, considers the financial indicators of the enterprise, and provides an assessment of the investment activity of the enterprise of the industrial sector of the economy. In the analytical section, an assessment of the effectiveness of the use of an approach to assessing the life support of activities on the example of industrial enterprises was carried out; a methodological approach to a comprehensive assessment of the life of the enterprise, taking into account investments, has been developed.
