Роль іноземних інвестицій у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств в умовах військового часу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 60 с., 15 рис., 25 табл., 48 джерел. Предмет дослідження: сутності іноземних інвестицій у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств щодо підвищення ефективності його діяльність. Об’єкт дослідження: промислове підприємство ПАТ «АМКР». Мета роботи – вивчення сутності та ролі іноземних інвестицій у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств в умовах військового часу. Методи дослідження: описовий, аналітичний, моделювання. У роботі автором проаналізовано та визначено сутність іноземних інвестицій у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств в умовах військового часу. Для цього здійснено розробку перспективних напрямів вдосконалення інвестиційної політики підприємства в контексті модернізації його діяльності. Визначено, що інвестиційна діяльність підприємства заснована на інвестиційної стратегії та політики інвестування. Основним напрямом інвестування підприємства є реальні інвестиції в розвиток основного виробництва, у пріоритеті – вкладення в оновлення активної частини основних засобів. Аналіз доводить, що інвестиційну діяльність підприємства можна вважати ефективною, підприємством реалізується значна кількість проектів, більшість з яких успішні, приносять підприємству зростання доходу та додаткові вигоди. Основними недоліками поточної інвестиційної діяльності вважатимуться: - слабку комунікацію між структурними підрозділами, відповідальними за проекти; - відсутність єдиного локального нормативного акта, який би розподіляв повноваження та відповідальність між структурними підрозділами та посадовими особами, відповідальними за той чи інший проект; - відсутність єдиної методики оцінки ризиків та їх масштабів; - відсутність впливу внутрішнього середовища на різні проекти. Обґрунтовані основні завдання інвестиційної діяльності підприємства такі, як: зростання продуктивності праці та якості продукції; одержання можливості виробництва нових видів продукції, виробництво якої неможливе з високим рівнем якості на наявному (застарілому) обладнанні. На підставі розрахунків ПАТ «АМКР» був запропоновано комплекс заходів, спрямованих на покращення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності Загальна сума витрат на виконання запропонованих заходів становило 0,406 млрд. грн. Результати дослідження можна буде використовувати на вітчизняних підприємствах, для підвищення ефективності використання іноземних інвестицій у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств в умовах військового часу.

The meta work is a reflection of the reality and the role of foreign investments in the development of domestic businesses in the minds of the Soviet hour. Methods of follow-up: descriptive, analytical, modeling. In work, the author analyzed that day of foreign investments in the development of domestic enterprises in the minds of the military hour. For this project, the development of promising directions for a thorough investment policy of entrepreneurship in the context of the modernization of yoga activity was made. It is indicated that the investment activity of the enterprise is based on the investment strategy and investment policy. The main direct investment of the enterprise is real investment in the development of the main production, the priority is the investment in the renovation of the active part of the main income. The analysis is to prove that the investment activity of the enterprise can be effectively implemented, the number of projects is realized by the enterprise, most of all successes, bring the increase in income and additional benefits to the enterprise. The main shortfalls of the in-line investment activity are: - weak communication between structural supporters, supporters for projects; - the existence of a single local normative act, which birozpodіlyav ponovazhennja and vіdpovіdalnіnіnі іdnіvіrnymi іdrozdіlami i posadovymi personov, vіdpovіdalnymi іn chi іnshіy project; - the existence of a single methodology for assessing the risks of those scales; - the impact of the internal environment on various projects. The main objectives of the investment activity of the enterprise are fixed, such as: increasing the productivity of the work and the quality of the products; Possession of the possibility of the selection of new types of products, the selection of which is impossible with a high level of capacity in the real (old) possession. A complex of entries, directed to improve the efficiency of investment activity, was proponated on behalf of PJSC «AMKR» buv. The results of the follow-up can be won at the business enterprises, for the promotion of the efficiency of winning foreign investments in the development of business enterprises in the minds of the military hour.
