Аналіз конкурентного середовища промислового підприємства ТОВ «ОСКАР»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 60 с., 15 рис., 25 табл., 48 джерел. Предмет дослідження: сутності конкурентного середовища у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств щодо підвищення ефективності його діяльність. Об’єкт дослідження: промислове підприємство ТОВ «ОСКАР». Мета роботи – вивчення сутності та ролі іноземних інвестицій у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств в умовах військового часу. Методи дослідження: описовий, аналітичний, моделювання. В теоретичній частині кваліфікаційної роботи були розглянуті види конкурентних переваг та середовище, що їх формує, принципові основи управління конкурентними перевагами підприємства, а також методики оцінки конкурентних переваг. В практичній частині проаналізовано умови виникнення конкурентоспроможності на базі підприємства, надано оцінку та аналіз ефективної конкурентної стратегії управління підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «ОСКАР». Також у другому розділі на достатньому рівні проаналізовано господарська діяльність підприємства. Запропонован комплекс рішень політики позиціонування, як засіб розробки ефективної стратегії забезпечення конкурентних переваг для ТОВ «ОСКАР». У другому розділі розкрито суть організаційної структури управління та характеристика напрямів діяльності підприємства, розглянуті фінансові показники підприємства, та надана оцінка інноваційній діяльності ТОВ «ОСКАР». У роботі аргументовано обґрунтовані стратегії вдосконалення ефективності діяльності об’єкта дослідження, а також методом інтегральних індексів конкурентоспроможності проаналізована конкурентоспроможність підприємства. Було професійно здійснено розрахунково-аналітичне обґрунтування формування стратегії конкурентоспроможності. У роботі запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення стратегії формування конкурентних переваг промислового підприємства ТОВ «ОСКАР».

The subject of the study: the essence of the competitive environment in the development of domestic enterprises in terms of increasing the efficiency of its activities. Object of the study: industrial enterprise «OSKAR» LLC. The purpose of the work is to study the essence and role of foreign investments in the development of domestic enterprises in wartime conditions. Research methods: descriptive, analytical, modeling. In the theoretical part of the qualification work, the types of competitive advantages and the environment that forms them, the fundamental principles of managing the competitive advantages of the enterprise, as well as the methods of evaluating competitive advantages were considered. In the practical part, the conditions for the emergence of competitiveness on the basis of the enterprise are analyzed, an assessment and analysis of the effective competitive strategy of enterprise management is provided, using the example of «OSKAR» LLC. Also, the economic activity of the enterprise is analyzed at a sufficient level in the second chapter. A set of positioning policy solutions is proposed as a means of developing an effective strategy to ensure competitive advantages for OSCAR LLC. In the second chapter, the essence of the management organizational structure and characteristics of the company’s activities are disclosed, the company’s financial indicators are considered, and the innovative activity of OSKAR LLC is evaluated. In the work, the strategies for improving the efficiency of the research object are argued, and the competitiveness of the enterprise is analyzed using the method of integral indices of competitiveness. Calculation and analytical substantiation of the formation of the competitiveness strategy was professionally carried out. The work offers ways to improve the strategy of forming competitive advantages of the industrial enterprise «OSKAR» LLC.
