Активізація бізнес-процесів комерційного підприємства ТОВ «Транзитпромсервіс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційної роботи магістра: 58 с., 15 рис., 10 табл., 36 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: виступає ТОВ «ТРАНЗИТПРОМСЕРВІС». Предмет дослідження: процеси нарахування орендної плати. Мета роботи - теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо автоматизація бізнес-процесів з розрахунку орендної плати ТОВ «Транзитпромсервіс». У сучасних підприємствах, що використовують процесний підхід до управління, актуальним є питання використання спеціальних технологій побудови бізнес-системи, а також вибору методів оцінки її ефективності. Сучасний менеджмент не обходиться без використання спеціальних прийомів і концепцій, оскільки вони допомагають менеджерам приймати раціональні рішення і прогнозувати результати їх реалізації. Для ефективного управління бізнес-процесами на підприємствах проводиться оцінка та моделювання бізнес-систем з визначенням конкретних процесів, необхідних для досягнення цілей компанії. Завдання, які необхідно вирішити для досягнення мети роботи: - проаналізувати теоретичні основи управління бізнес-процеми на ринку оренди комерційної нерухомості; -.проаналізувати характеристику основних елементів управління бізнес процесами; - дослідити питання розрахунку орендної плати в Україні; - провести діагностику бізнес-процесів комерційного підприємства тов «транзитпромсервіс»; - дослідити ринок комерційної нерухомості в Україні: основні тенденції; - проаналізувати організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства ТОВ «ТРАНЗИТПРОМСЕРВІС»; - запропонувати шляхи автоматизації бізнес-процесів з розрахунку орендної плати ТОВ «Транзитпромсервіс». Результати дослідження можна буде використовувати на підприємстві ТОВ «ТРАНЗИТПРОМСЕРВІС», для підвищення активізація бізнес-процесів.

In modern enterprises that use a process approach to management, the question of using special technologies for building a business system, as well as the choice of methods for assessing its effectiveness, is relevant. Modern management does not do without the use of special techniques and concepts, as they help managers make rational decisions and predict the results of their implementation. In order to effectively manage business processes at enterprises, business systems are evaluated and modeled with the determination of specific processes necessary to achieve the company's goals. Tasks that must be solved to achieve the goal of the work: - to analyze the theoretical foundations of business process management in the commercial real estate rental market; - analyze the characteristics of the main elements of business process management; - investigate the issue of rent calculation in Ukraine; - carry out diagnostics of business processes of the commercial enterprise "Transitpromservice" LLC.; - research the commercial real estate market in Ukraine: main trends; - to analyze the organizational and economic characteristics of the company "TRANSITPROMSERVIS" LLC; - to propose ways of automating business processes for calculating the rent of "Transitpromservice " LLC The results of the research can be used at the company "TRANSITPROMSERVIS" LLC to increase the activation of business processes.
