Трансформація глобальних ринків на тлі війни в Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 112 с., 15 рисунків, 5 таблиць, 58 джерел. Метою даної дипломної роботи є визначення ролі і механізмів сталого розвитку української економіки в умовах кон’юнктурних змін на глобальних ринках, які викликала агресія Росії проти України. Перший розділ присвячений історичним мотивам розвитку міжнародних торгівельних зв’язків та процесу формування глобальних ринків. Розглянуто фактори, які вплинули на формування глобальних ринків та їх географічних центрів. Зокрема, надано авторське бачення утворення та формування глобальних ринків, позитивних тенденцій і проблем, які були створені штучно в процесі їх становлення. Наприклад, розглянуто суто політичне рішення США про підтримку Російської Федерації у її трансформації до демократичних засад в 90-і рр., коли штучно були підняті ціни на нафту до 65 доларів за барель, а до 2000-го року - до 120 доларів, завдяки чому Росія отримала гігантську фінансову базу для розбудови своєї економіки. А це призвело до створення справжнього агресивного утворення на континенті, спроможного розв’язати третю світову війну. В другому розділі досліджена роль України в процесі інтеграції глобальних ринків та вплив війни на продовольчу безпеку світу. Автор дійшов до висновку, що трансформація глобальних ринків включила механізм глокалізації, яка відображає таку зміну в світовій торгівлі, коли будь-який товар продається на глобальних ринках і в той же час має попит серед споживачів на локальних ринках. І в цьому сенсі завдання, яке стоїть перед локальними економіками – це превентивне забезпечення ресурсами і товарами місцевих ринків. А надлишки повинні надходити для забезпечення цивілізаційного ядра, яке обслуговують глобальні ринки. Автор розглядає механізми санкцій, обмежень, торгівельні війни на тлі війни, робить діагностику та оцінку стану глобальних ринків на прикладі ринку нафти, газу, продовольства та міжнародних перевезень, і наводить висновок, що 24 лютого 2022 року – це не просто початок широкомасштабного вторгнення РФ в Україну. Для усього людства це великі зміни в системі економічних відносин, які будувались десятиріччями в глобалізованому світі, а також початок європейського цивілізаційного зламу. У третьому розділі автор відповідає на питання – чи варта економіка України, яка несе втрати в ході агресії РФ, стати конкурентоспроможною на глобальних світових ринках і наводить аргументи до своїх висновків. В цілому ж можна сказати, що весь світ стоїть перед новими викликами, які змінять усю архітектуру міжнародних відносин та вплинуть на глобальну економіку світу. В процесі роботи зроблено висновки та пропозиції щодо законодавчих ініціатив для запровадження єдиної системи енергетичного балансу країни, яка вплине на конкурентоспроможність української економіки та посилить позиції України на міжнародних глобальних ринках.

EN : Qualifying Master’s thesis: 112 p., 15 figures, 5 tables, 58 sources. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the role and mechanisms of sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy in the conditions of global market volatility changes caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. The first chapter is devoted to the historical reasons for the development of international trade relations and the process of global markets formation. Factors impacting the formation of global markets and their geographic centers has been considered. In particular, the author’s vision of the creation and formation of global markets, positive trends and challenges that are made artificially in the process of their development has been provided. For example, the purely political decision of the USA to support the Russian Federation in its transformation to democratic foundations in the 1990s, when oil prices were artificially raised to $65 per barrel, and to $120 by 2000, due to which Russia received a tremendous financial foundation for the development of its economy. And this resulted in the creation of a real aggressive entity on the continent, capable of unleashing the third world war. In the second chapter, the role of Ukraine in the process of integration of global markets and the impact of the war on the food security of the world has been investigated. The author has arrived at a conclusion that the transformation of global markets includes the mechanism of globalization, which reflects such a change in world trade when any product is sold in global markets and at the same time has a demand among consumers in local markets. However, in this sense, the task facing local economies is preventive provision of local markets with resources and goods. Whereas surpluses shall come to support the civilizational core served by global markets. The author considers the mechanisms of sanctions, restrictions, trade wars against the background of the war, diagnoses and assesses the state of global markets using the example of the oil, gas, food and international transportation markets, and concludes that February 24, 2022 was not just the beginning of a large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. For all of humanity, these are major changes in the system of economic relations that have been built for decades in the globalized world, as well as the beginning of the European civilization break. In the third chapter, the author responds the question of whether the economy of Ukraine, which suffered losses during the aggression of the Russian Federation, should become competitive on global world markets and provides arguments to substantiate these conclusions. In general, we can say that the whole world is facing new challenges that will change the entire architecture of international relations and predetermine the world’s global economy. In the course of the work, conclusions and proposals were made in respect of legislative initiatives for the introduction of a unified system of the country's energy balance, which will affect the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy and strengthen Ukraine’s position on international global markets.
