Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційної роботи магістра: 55 с., 12 рис., 10 табл., 33 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження: Запорізька торгово-промислова палата. Предметдослідження: реорганізація системи ділових послуг ЗТПП в умовах воєнного стану. Мета роботи - теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо реорганізації системи ділових послуг ЗТПП в умовах воєнного стану. Перехід до ринкової економіки вимагає від підприємств підвищення ефективності виробництва, конкурентоспроможності продукції та послуг на основі впровадження досягнень науково-технічного прогресу, ефективних форм господарювання та управління виробництвом, подолання безгосподарності та вдосконалення підприємництва. В умовах економічного розвитку організації зіткнулися з високим ступенем невизначеності розвитку подій і таким же несподіваним впливом на бізнес зовнішнього середовища, що змусило їх функціонувати динамічно, адаптуючись до «капризів» і «прихотей» зовнішнього впливу. Завдання, які необхідно вирішити для досягнення мети роботи: - проаналізувати теоретичні основи здійснення реорганізації підприємств; -. визначити сутність, напрями і показники ефективності; - дослідити бізнес в Україні під час повномасштабної воєнної агресії проти України; - проаналізувати організаційно-економічну характеристика Запорізької торгово-промислової палати в умовах воєнного стану; - запропонувати використання іноземного досвіду для удосконалення ефективності Запорізької торгово-промислової палати; - запропонувати вдосконалення зв’язків з громадськістю Запорізької торгово-промислової палати. Результати дослідження можна буде використовувати в Запорізькій торгово-промисловій палаті., для підвищення ефективності системи ділових послуг в умовах воєнного стану.

The purpose of the work is theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations regarding the reorganization of the system of business services of the State Security Service in the conditions of martial law. The transition to a market economy requires enterprises to increase the efficiency of production, competitiveness of products and services based on the implementation of achievements of scientific and technical progress, effective forms of management and production management, overcoming mismanagement and improving entrepreneurship. In the conditions of economic development, organizations faced a high degree of uncertainty of the development of events and the same unexpected impact on the business of the external environment, which forced them to function dynamically, adapting to the "whims" and "whims" of external influence. Tasks that must be solved to achieve the goal of the work: - to analyze the theoretical foundations of enterprise reorganization; -. determine the essence, directions and performance indicators; - investigate business in Ukraine during full-scale military aggression against Ukraine; - to analyze the organizational and economic characteristics of the Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry under martial law; - to propose the use of foreign experience to improve the efficiency of the Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry; - to propose improvement of relations with the public of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The results of the research can be used in the Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry to improve the efficiency of the business services system under martial law.
