Взаємозв’язок особливостей спілкування та стилі врегулювання сімейних конфліктів

Abstract

Сім'я є одним із найважливіших інструментів соціалізації особистості, історичної трансляції культурних, етнічних і моральних цінностей. Сімейне життя має для людини найважливіше значення, і від того, як воно складеться, яку роль у ньому відіграють конфлікти і як вони будуть вирішуватися для кожного з подружжя, залежить благополуччя подружнього життя. Виникнення непорозумінь у сімейних стосунках – звичайна справа. І це легко пояснити: кожен з нас виріс у своїй родині і отримав свій неповторний життєвий досвід, і у кожного з нас свої цілі, бажання, цінності, уявлення про те, що має бути і що правильно, а тому є висока ймовірність зіткнутися з нерозумінням, незгодою, обуренням і відстороненістю. Різні види конфліктів на різних етапах створення сім’ї мають свої особливості, етапи, динаміку, специфіку вирішення для кожного з подружжя. Попередження та вирішення сімейних конфліктів залежить від усіх членів сім’ї і, головне, від конфліктуючих сторін – подружжя.. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що нами було проведено комплекс методів задоволеності шлюбом подружжя з різним терміном шлюбних відносин та визначення впливу особливості спілкування на розв’язання подружніх конфліктів.

The object of the study is conflict management styles in marital relationships. The family is one of the most important tools for the socialization of the individual, the historical transmission of cultural, ethnic and moral values. Family life has the most important importance for a person, and the well-being of married life depends on how it develops, what role conflicts play in it and how they will be resolved for each of the spouses. Misunderstandings in family relationships are common. And it is easy to explain: each of us grew up in our own family and received our own unique life experience, and each of us has our own goals, desires, values, ideas about what should be and what is right, and therefore there is a high probability of encountering misunderstanding , disagreement, indignation and detachment. Different types of conflicts at different stages of family creation have their own characteristics, stages, dynamics, specific solutions for each spouse. The prevention and resolution of family conflicts depends on all family members and, most importantly, on the conflicting parties - the spouses. The scientific novelty of the study is that we conducted a set of methods of marital satisfaction of spouses with different terms of marital relations and determined the impact of the peculiarities of communication on resolution of marital conflicts.
