Удосконалення ресурсного забезпечення промислового підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра на тему Удосконалення ресурсного забезпечення промислового підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» в умовах є цілісним дослідженням проблеми організації постачання та ефективних експортних продаж продукції підприємства металургійної промисловості на зарубіжних ринках в умовах воєнних дій та мультидисперсії. Актуальність теми мультидасперсії зумовлена необхідністю посилення конкурентоспроможності підприємства за рахунок зменшення витрат на ресурсне забезпечення продукцією та зростанню обсягу експортних поставок в умовах нашого часу. Вплив нових управлінських технологій на обсяги продаж призводить до збільшення рівню доданої вартості, кількості оборотних засобів, обсягу робіт, залученню більшої кількості підприємств суміжної галузі, тобто надає позитивний ефект на економіку в цліому в умовах воєнних дій. Мета проаналізувати потенціал підприємства ПАТ “Запоріжсталь” на зовнішніх ринках в умвта зробити висновки щодо вибору оптамальних постачальників на ринках визначених країн в умовах воєнних дій. Об’єкт дослідження акціонерне тоариство «Запоріжсталь», є учасником міжнародного металургійного холдінгу «Метінвест» в якості виробничого підприємства чорних металів. Предметом дослідження є вивчення діяльності з матеріально-технічного забезпечення експортера.

EN : The master's qualification work on the topic of Improving the resource provision of the Zaporizhstal PJSC industrial enterprise in the conditions is a holistic study of the problem of organizing the supply and effective export sales of products of the metallurgical industry in foreign markets in the conditions of military operations and multidispersion. The relevance of the topic of multidispersion is due to the need to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise due to the reduction of costs for resource provision of products and the growth of the volume of export deliveries in the conditions of our time. The influence of new management technologies on sales volumes leads to an increase in the level of added value, the number of working capital, the volume of work, the involvement of a larger number of enterprises in the related industry, that is, it has a positive effect on the economy as a whole in conditions of military operations. The goal is to analyze the potential of PJSC "Zaporizhstal" in foreign markets and draw conclusions regarding the choice of optimal suppliers in the markets of certain countries in the conditions of military operations. The object of the study is Zaporizhstal joint-stock company, which is a member of the international metallurgical holding "Metinvest" as a production enterprise of ferrous metals. The subject of the study is the study of the logistics activities of the exporter.
