Технологічні особливості знежирення металевих титанових відходів

Abstract

UA : Проаналізовано способи утилізації титанової стружки та способи її знежирення. Для знежирення забрудненої титанової стружки вибрано гідрохімічний спосіб знежирення лужними розчинами, що містять 20 кг/м3 кальциновану соду та 30 кг/м3 тринатрійфосфат. Розроблено технологічну схему та описано технологію знежирення забрудненої титанової стружки для повернення її в колообіг титану. Проведено розрахунки матеріальних балансів по елементу титану і повний для процесу знежирення забрудненої титанової стружки. Проведено конструктивний розрахунок механічного агітатора, розрахунки потужності двигуна приводу мішалки, теплового балансу агітатора та нагріву агітатора паром крізь сорочку.

EN : Recycling methods of titanium chip and degreasing methods of its are analyzed. For the degreasing of contaminated titanium chip the hydrochemical degreasing method with alkaline solutions containing 20 kg/m3 of soda ash and 30 kg/m3 of trisodium phosphate is chosen. The technological scheme is developed and the degreasing technology of contaminated titanium chip for its return to titanium cycle is described. Calculations of material balances for the titanium element and complete for the degreasing process of contaminated titanium chip were carried out. The design calculation of the mechanical agitator, the calculations of the power of the stirrer drive motor, the heat balance of the agitator and the heating of the agitator by steam through the jacket were carried out.
