Соціально-психологічні особливості протидії булінгу серед підлітків у закладах освіти

Abstract

В даний час актуальним є наявність різноманітних проблем, характерних для підліткового віку, зокрема булінг, знаходить свій розвиток у психологічній літературі, як явище підліткового насилля. Підлітковий вік сам по собі є досить конфліктним по своїй природі та участь підлітків у конфліктах є нормальним, проблема боулінгу відрізняється тим, що у неї одна сторона виступає як жертва, а інша як агресор. Хоча, найближчим аналогом такого статусу може бути статус ізгоя, але явище булінга по своїй природі інша – вона фіксує у «жертви» почуття безкарності, знімає моральні границі по відношенню до іншої людини, та носить соціально шкідливий характер, так як така поведінка регулюється не стільки нормами суспільства, нормами та цінностями підліткової групи, скільки блокуванням зворотного зв’язку від жертви та про аморальний хід конфлікту. Так як, підлітковий вік є періодом перегляду соціальних стереотипів і виробітки нових важливим є не допускати перехід звичайних підліткових конфліктів в таку деструктивну форму затяжної взаємодії на «жертву» як булінга, також не допустити виникнення «жертви» в середовищі підлітків, оскільки є ризик закріплення такої форми взаємодії та переніс її на інші етапи розвитку. У результаті такого впливу, жертва часто отримує серйозну психологічну а іноді і фізичну травму.. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають в удосконалено визначення поняття «соціально-психологічні особливості протидії булінгу серед підлітків у закладах освіти».

Currently, the presence of various problems characteristic of adolescence, in particular bullying, finds its development in psychological literature as a phenomenon of adolescent violence. Adolescence itself is quite conflictual in nature and the participation of teenagers in conflicts is normal, the bowling problem differs in that one side acts as the victim and the other as the aggressor. Although the closest analogue of this status may be the status of an outcast, the phenomenon of bullying is different in nature - it captures a sense of impunity in the "victim", removes moral boundaries in relation to another person, and is socially harmful, since such behavior is regulated not so much norms of society, norms and values of the teenage group, as much as blocking feedback from the victim and about the immoral course of the conflict. Since adolescence is a period of revision of social stereotypes and creation of new ones, it is important to prevent the transition of ordinary teenage conflicts into such a destructive form of protracted interaction with the "victim" as bullying, as well as to prevent the emergence of a "victim" among teenagers, since there is a risk of establishing such forms of interaction and transferred it to other stages of development. As a result of such influence, the victim often receives serious psychological and sometimes physical trauma. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the improved definition of the concept of "social-psychological features of countering bullying among teenagers in educational institutions."
