Психологічна профілактика агресивних проявів поведінки дітей засобами арт-терапії

У сучасних життєвих реаліях проблема агресивної поведінки дітей є однією з актуальних, адже нині зростаюче покоління розвивається і формується в агресивному середовищі, яке висуває жорсткі вимоги до життя та норм поведінки. При цьому постійно підвищуються вимоги до дітей в освіті, зростає конкуренція між ними, поширюються змагальні тенденції, порівняння дошкільників та школярів за здібностями, темпераментами тощо. Екстремальні умови мають значний вплив на функціонування організму, визначають продуктивність життєдіяльності особистості в дорослому віці та відображаються на її психологічній складовій. І якщо за умови короткочасного впливу екстремальні умови здатні викликати підвищення адреналіну та отримання гострих відчуттів і навіть приємних емоцій, то довготривалі стресові події, навпаки, призводять до значних негативних наслідків для людини. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці програми психологічної профілактики з елементами арт-терапії щодо подолання агресивних проявів поведінки дітей старшого дошкільного віку.

In modern life realities, the problem of children's aggressive behavior is one of the most urgent, because nowadays the growing generation is developing and forming in an aggressive environment that makes strict demands on life and norms of behavior. At the same time, the demands on children in education are constantly increasing, competition between them is growing, competitive tendencies are spreading, comparisons of preschoolers and schoolchildren in terms of abilities, temperaments, etc. Extreme conditions have a significant impact on the functioning of the body, determine the productivity of an individual's life activities in adulthood and are reflected in his psychological component. And if, with short-term exposure, extreme conditions can cause an increase in adrenaline and the receipt of thrills and even pleasant emotions, then long-term stressful events, on the contrary, lead to significant negative consequences for a person. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a program of psychological prevention with elements of art therapy to overcome aggressive behavior of older preschool children.
