Особливості страхів дітей старшого дошкільного віку в умовах вимушеної міграції

Abstract

Особливо вразливою групою є діти та молодь. Дорослі легше пристосовуються до умов міграції, використовуючи набуті захисні механізми або необхідні форми поведінки, які ще недостатньо сформовані у дітей і підлітків. Через обмежений контроль над навколишнім середовищем і власною владою діти не можуть зрозуміти, що відбувається насправді. Серед загостреного почуття нерозуміння та безпорадності діти з розумовою відсталістю потребують підтримки та співчуття. Дитина відчуває психологічний біль, який проявляється по-різному в залежності від віку (порушення апетиту, розлад сну, відмова від дитини та інші поведінкові відхилення, явне почуття провини, труднощі зосередження тощо). Важливо розпізнавати всі ці розлади своєчасно, бо служать сигналом, що дитина потребує допомоги. Нaукoвa нoвизнa рoбoти пoлягaє в тoму, щo доведено роль психологічного впливу вимушеного переселення на дитячі страхи;т визначено особливості діяльності психолога в роботі з дітьми що відчувають страхи в наслідок вимушеної міграції; доведено ефективність використання психологічної реабілітації наслідків страхів у дітей; окреслено проблеми та перспективи психологічної реабілітації дітей з досвідом вимушеної міграції.

Children and young people are a particularly vulnerable group. Adults adapt more easily to the conditions of migration, using acquired protective mechanisms or necessary forms of behavior that are not yet sufficiently formed in children and adolescents. Due to limited control over the environment and their own power, children cannot understand what is really happening. Amid heightened feelings of incomprehension and helplessness, children with mental retardation need support and compassion. The child experiences psychological pain, which manifests itself differently depending on age (appetite disorder, sleep disorder, rejection of the child and other behavioral deviations, obvious guilt, difficulty concentrating, etc.). It is important to recognize all these disorders in a timely manner, because they serve as a signal that the child needs help. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the role of the psychological impact of forced relocation on children's fears has been proven; the peculiarities of the psychologist's work in working with children experiencing fears as a result of forced migration have been determined; the effectiveness of the use of psychological rehabilitation of the consequences of fears in children has been proven; the problems and prospects of psychological rehabilitation of children with the experience of forced migration are outlined.
