Особливості прояву тривожності серед співробітників ДСНС в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Повномасштабна війна, яка триває більше ріку, є величезним випробуванням для українського народу. Вона так чи інакше вплинула на психологічний стан кожної людини. Під час масштабних бойових дій тривогу та стрес переживають усі члени суспільства. Зокрема це стосується співробітників ДСНС. Екстремальний характер професійної діяльності працівників ДСНС України в умовах воєнного стану, які безпосередньо беруть участь у ліквідації надзвичайних ситуацій, зумовлює високий рівень виникнення у них нервово - психічних розладів, психічних дезадаптацій і тривожних станів. Такі негативні впливи нерідко стають причиною зміни особистісних особливостей зривів у професійній діяльності, зниження працездатності, міжособистісних конфліктів, порушень дисципліни, зловживання алкоголем, інших негативних явищ, що в результаті призводить до зниження рівня їхньої професійної діяльності. Наукова новизна: даної роботи полягає у тому, що обґрунтовано та досліджено особливості прояву тривожності серед співробітників ДСНС в умовах воєнного стану; розширено, уточнено та доповнено вивчення наступних особистісних утворень: відкритість, проникливість, емоційна пластичність, вміння контролювати свою поведінку та психічний стан, упевненість у собі. набуло подальшого розвитку вивчення феномену прояву тривожності серед співробітників ДСНС в умовах воєнного стану.

The full-scale war, which has been going on for more than a year, is a huge test for the Ukrainian people. In one way or another, it affected the psychological state of every person. During large-scale hostilities, anxiety and stress are experienced by all members of society. In particular, this applies to employees of the State Emergency Service. The extreme nature of the professional activity of the employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law, who are directly involved in the liquidation of emergency situations, causes a high level of neuro-psychiatric disorders, mental maladaptations and anxiety states in them. Such negative influences are often the cause of changes in personal characteristics, breakdowns in professional activity, reduced work capacity, interpersonal conflicts, violations of discipline, alcohol abuse, and other negative phenomena, which ultimately leads to a decrease in the level of their professional activity. Scientific novelty: this work consists in the fact that the specifics of the manifestation of anxiety among the employees of the State Emergency Service in the conditions of martial law are substantiated and investigated; the study of the following personal formations has been expanded, clarified and supplemented: openness, insight, emotional plasticity, the ability to control one's behavior and mental state, self-confidence. the study of the phenomenon of the manifestation of anxiety among employees of the State Emergency Service under martial law has gained further development.
