Особливості становлення особистісної зрілості старших школярів

Abstract

Психологічне вивчення особистісної зрілості старшокласника взаємопов`язане із системою цінностей, що містить головну мету, яка цілеспрямовано формує його життєвий шлях і має суттєвий вплив на самовизначення, а в подальшому на результати професійної діяльності. Ця проблема завжди приваблювала дослідників і вивчалась у різних напрямках. Становлення особистісної зрілості є тривалим, складним і динамічним процесом, що характеризується своїми особливостями на кожному віковому етапі. Особливо значущим у становленні особистісної зрілості є період ранньої юності, оскільки в цьому віці накопичуються психологічні резерви, що підводять самосвідомість до найважливішої її генетичної форми в період дорослості. У зв’язку з цим актуальним є дослідження проблеми становлення особистісної зрілості старшокласників та виявлення факторів впливу на цей процес, який ґрунтується на функціонуванні рефлексивних механізмів, виступає провідним фактором актуалізації тенденцій самовизначення як вікової характеристики внутрішнього світу юнаків. Прагнення молодої людини адаптуватися, інтегруватися в різні структури життєдіяльності сприяють пошуку власної моделі життєвого, соціального, професійного самовизначення, тобто молода людина сама вибирає, що їй робити, як це робити, як себе вести і т.д. Старший шкільний вік - це період ранньої юності, який характеризується настанням фізичної та розумової зрілості. Проте процес особистісного становлення учнів цього віку не протікали в праві, це має його власні лозунги і відмінності, які невдало лежать на їх маркировці на процес виховання. Наукова новизна - вперше було досліджуваний вплив особистісної зрілості старшого шкільного віку на мотивацію навчання у вищому навчальному закладі.

The psychological study of the personal maturity of a high school student is interconnected with the value system containing the main goal, which purposefully shapes his life path and has a significant impact on self-determination, and subsequently on the results of professional activity. This problem has always attracted researchers and has been studied in various directions. The formation of personal maturity is a long, complex and dynamic process, characterized by its own characteristics at each age stage. The period of early youth is particularly significant in the formation of personal maturity, since psychological reserves are accumulated at this age, which bring self-awareness to its most important genetic form in adulthood. In this regard, the research of the problem of the formation of personal maturity of high school students and the identification of influencing factors on this process, which is based on the functioning of reflexive mechanisms, is a leading factor in the actualization of self-determination trends as an age characteristic of the inner world of young people. A young person's desire to adapt and integrate into various structures of life contributes to the search for his own model of life, social and professional self-determination, that is, the young person himself chooses what to do, how to do it, how to behave, etc. High school age is a period of early youth, which is characterized by the onset of physical and mental maturity. However, the process of personal formation of students of this age did not proceed in the right, it has its own slogans and differences, which unfortunately lie on their marking on the process of education. Scientific novelty - for the first time, the influence of personal maturity of high school age on the motivation to study in a higher educational institution was investigated.
