Взаємозв’язок співзалежності та рівня тривожності у заміжніх жінок

Abstract

Пандемія коронавірусу, яка охопила світ у 2020 році, докорінно змінила життя українських сімей. Причому зміни торкнулися і роботи та доходів, і навіть таких речей, як спосіб життя, дозвілля і спілкування. Багато родин відчули напругу у стосунках, коли опинилися замкнені у чотирьох стінах зі своїми близькими. Догляд за дітьми, домашні справи, робота, турбота про здоров'я, фінанси та події у світі - для багатьох усе це спричинило кризу в родині. Проблематичним феноменом сімейної сфери є явище співзалежності, під яким розуміють потрапляння одного члена родини під щільний психологічний вплив іншого. У заміжніх жінок співзалежність може бути особливо виразною, оскільки вони можуть відчувати відповідальність за збереження сімейних стосунків та добробуту членів родини. Це може призвести до великого психологічного навантаження, яке в свою чергу може сприяти розвитку тривожності та депресії. Крім того, заміжня жінка може почувати себе залежною від свого партнера в емоційному та фінансовому планах, що може погіршити її самопочуття та самооцінку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: обґрунтовано та досліджено поняття співзалежності та його зв’язку з тривожністю, їх специфіку під час пандемії Covid-19; розширено, уточнено та доповнено дослідження феномену співзалежності та його взаємозв’язку з рівнем тривожності, зокрема чинники виникнення дисфункціональної моделі сім'ї; набуло подальшого розвитку вивчення внутрішнього стану співзалежних жінок, умовам та шляхам його оптимізації.

The object of the study: psychological characteristics of married women in stressful conditions. The coronavirus pandemic, which swept the world in 2020, fundamentally changed the lives of Ukrainian families. Moreover, the changes affected work and income, and even such things as lifestyle, leisure and communication. Many families have felt the strain in their relationships when they found themselves locked within four walls with their loved ones. Child care, household chores, work, health care, finances and world events - for many, all of this has caused a crisis in the family. A problematic phenomenon in the family sphere is the phenomenon of codependency, which is understood as one family member falling under the close psychological influence of another. In married women, codependency can be particularly pronounced, as they may feel responsible for maintaining family relationships and the well-being of family members. This can lead to a large psychological burden, which in turn can contribute to the development of anxiety and depression. In addition, a married woman may feel emotionally and financially dependent on her partner, which can impair her well-being and self-esteem. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that: the concept of codependency and its connection with anxiety, their specificity during the Covid-19 pandemic has been substantiated and investigated; the study of the phenomenon of codependency and its relationship with the level of anxiety has been expanded, clarified and supplemented, in particular the factors of the emergence of a dysfunctional family model; the study of the internal state of codependent women, conditions and ways of its optimization has gained further development.
