Інвестиційна привабливість TOB «Металгамма» і напрямки її підвищення

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: інвестиційна привабливість ТОВ «Металгамма». Предмет дослідження: теоретичні та практичні аспекти підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Мета дослідження - узагальнення теоретико-методологічних аспектів формування інвестиційної привабливості підприємства та аналіз інвестиційної привабливості діючого підприємства з метою винайдення шляхів її підвищення. Методи дослідження: методи статистичного та порівняльного аналізу (для визначення сутності понять); економічного аналізу, синтезу, порівняння (для виявлення тенденцій і дослідження структури та обсягу витрат та реалізації); аналогії, наукової абстракції, спостереження, групування, порівняльного аналізу, систематизації та узагальнення (в процесі розробки остаточних висновків на основі отриманих результатів досліджень). В роботі було вирішено наступні завдання: - розглянути сутність інвестиційної привабливості підприємства та її види; - розкрити формування інвестиційної привабливості підприємства; - визначити методику оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства; - навести організаційно – економічну характеристику ТОВ «Металгамма»; - здійснити оцінку інвестиційної привабливості ТОВ «Металгамма»; - винайти шляхи підвищення інвестиційної привабливості ТОВ «Металгамма». Інформаційною базою дослідження є праці вітчизняних і зарубіжних провідних учених і фахівців в галузі комплексного аналізу інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, звітність ТОВ «Металгамма». Робота заснована на використані нормативних документів і спеціальних теоретичних і практичних літературних джерел з проблем теми дослідження. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Запропоновані заходи в дипломній роботі щодо підвищення інвестиційної привабливості можуть бути використані при вдосконалення управління ТОВ «Металгамма». Проведені розрахунки показали, що впровадження дозволить підвищити інвестиційну привабливість досліджуваного підприємства.

EN : Object of research: investment attractiveness of Metalgamma LLC. The subject of the study: theoretical and practical aspects of increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The purpose of the research is to generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise and to analyze the investment attractiveness of the existing enterprise in order to find ways to increase it. Research methods: methods of statistical and comparative analysis (to determine the essence of concepts); economic analysis, synthesis, comparison (to identify trends and study the structure and volume of costs and implementation); analogy, scientific abstraction, observation, grouping, comparative analysis, systematization and generalization (in the process of developing final conclusions based on the research results). The following tasks were solved in the work: - consider the essence of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise and its types; - to reveal the formation of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise; - to determine the method of assessing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise; - give the organizational and economic characteristics of Metalgamma LLC; - evaluate the investment attractiveness of "Metalgamma" LLC; - find ways to increase the investment attractiveness of Metalgamma LLC. The information base of the research is the works of domestic and foreign leading scientists and specialists in the field of comprehensive analysis of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, reports of Metalgamma LLC. The work is based on the use of normative documents and special theoretical and practical literary sources on the problems of the research topic. Practical significance of the obtained results. The measures proposed in the thesis to increase investment attractiveness can be used to improve the management of Metalgamma LLC. The calculations showed that the implementation will increase the investment attractiveness of the enterprise under study.
