Abstract

The object of the research is ecological state of the Segura River water (Murcia region, Spain The subject of the study is phytotoxic properties of Segura River water. Research methods indicative ("growth test"), analytical, statistical The purpose of the qualification work is monitoring the water quality of the Segura River according to bioindicative indicators, as well as determining the level of its phytotoxicity by means of phytotesting using plant test systems. Theoretically and experimentally determined: that water from the river Segura (Spain) has a weak stimulating effect on the energy of seed germination and growth processes of the test culture Cucumis sativus L. and inhibits the growth processes of the root system in all variants of the experiment. Of the two tested test systems, Triticum aestivum L was more sensitive to water quality according to morphometric indicators.

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є моніторинг якості води річки Сегура за біоіндикаційними показниками, а також визначення рівня її

фітотоксичності шляхом фітотестування з використанням рослинних тест- систем.

Теоретичо і експеримнтально доведено, що вода з річки Сегура (Іспанія) має слабку стимулювальну дію на енергію проростання насіння і ростові процеси тест-культури Cucumis sativus L. та гальмування процесів росту кореневої системи в усіх варіантах досліду. З двох апробованих тест-систем більш чутливою до якості води за морфометричними показниками була Triticum aestivum L.
