ІПСО як інструмент стратегічних комунікацій в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра «ІПСО як інструмент стратегічних комунікацій в умовах війни» – основний текст – 52 сторінки. Для виконання дипломної роботи використано 41 джерело. Об’єктом дослідження є український інформаційний простір в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення рф на територію України. Предметом дослідження є інформаційно-психологічні операції як інструмент стратегічних комунікацій в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення рф на територію України. Мета дослідження: проаналізувати ІПСО як інструмент стратегічних комунікацій в умовах війни. Методи дослідження: компаративний аналіз (порівняння ознак та механізмів ІПСО у мирний та воєнний час, згідно з різними цільовими об’єктами впливу), класифікація (види засобів застосування ІПСО), дискурс-аналіз (аналіз контенту з урахуванням історико-політичних та соціальних обставин), системний підхід (з урахуванням особливостей медіаландшафту російського пропагандистського та українського інформаційного простору), синхронічний метод (акцентуація на умовах повномасштабного вторгнення). Для реалізації поставленої мети необхідно виконати такі завдання: 1) охарактеризувати поняття ІПСО, його функції; 2) визначити основні ознаки, особливості та етапи ІПСО; 3) висвітлити історичний досвід використання ІПСО у воєнних конфліктах; 4) дослідити особливості механізмів реалізації ІПСО проти українських військовослужбовців та цивільних у національному інформаційному просторі; 5) виокремити засоби протидії ІПСО в українському медіапросторі. Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці, присвячені розгляду ІПСО та їх використанню під воєнних конфліктів, вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників А. Баровської, О. Бойка, М. Дзюби, О. Горбаня, Я. Жаркова, О. Курбана, Я. Малика, І. Ольхової, М. Онищук, В. Остроухова, В. Петрика, П. Помаранцева, Г. Почепцова, М. Присяжнюка, Є. Скулиша, Ю. Твердохліб та інших. Наукова новизна є те, що узагальнено історичний, теоретичний та практичний досвід використання ІПСО як інструменту стратегічних комунікацій під час воєнних конфліктів, зокрема в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення рф в Україну, а також механізми протидії ворожим наративам у рамках стратегічних комунікацій. Сфера застосування: матеріали проведеного дослідження можуть бути використані під час підготовки до практичних та семінарських занять на факультеті журналістики та у практичній діяльності комунікаційників.

Zaporizhzhya, 2023. 52 pp. The object of the study is the Ukrainian information space in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The subject of the study is information and psychological operations as a tool of strategic communications in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The purpose of the study: to analyze the IPSO as a tool of strategic communications in the conditions of war. Research methods: comparative analysis (comparison of signs and mechanisms of IPSO in peacetime and wartime, according to different target objects of influence), classification (types of means of application of IPSO), discourse analysis (content analysis taking into account historical, political and social circumstances) , a systematic approach (taking into account the peculiarities of the media landscape of the Russian propaganda and Ukrainian information space), synchronous method (emphasis on the conditions of a full-scale invasion). In order to realize the set goal, it is necessary to complete the following tasks: 1) describe the concept of IPSO, its functions; 2) determine the main features, features and stages of IPSO; 3) highlight the historical experience of using IPSO in military conflicts; 4) to investigate the peculiarities of the mechanisms of the implementation of IPSO against Ukrainian servicemen and civilians in the national information space; 5) to single out the means of countering IPSO in the Ukrainian media space. The methodological and theoretical basis of the research is made up of the works devoted to the consideration of IPSO and their use during military conflicts by domestic and foreign researchers A. Barovska, O. Boyka, M. Dzyuba, O. Gorban, Y. Zharkova, O. Kurbana, Y. Malika, Olkhovoy I., Onyshchuk M., Ostroukhova V., Petryka V, Pomarantseva P., Pocheptsova H., Prysiazhniuka M., Skulisha E., Tverdokhlib Yu. and others. The scientific novelty is that the historical, theoretical and practical experience of using IPSO as a tool of strategic communications during military conflicts, in particular in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, as well as the mechanisms of countering hostile narratives within the framework of strategic communications, is summarized. Scope: the materials of the conducted research can be used during preparation for practical and seminar classes at the Faculty of Journalism and in the practical activities of communicators.
