Механізми залучення кредитних коштів підприємством АПК в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра «Механізми залучення кредитних коштів підприємством АПК в умовах воєнного часу» виконана на актуальну тему розробки оптимальної стратегії виживання агропромислового підприємства на ринку в період кризи зовнішнього середовища. В роботі розглянуті основні механізми залучення кредитних ресурсів підприємств, що використовуються в сучасному менеджменті та розглянуто можливість їх застосування на прикладі українського підприємства аграрної галузі. Мета роботи – аналіз сучасного стану підприємства харчопереробки та його зовнішнього середовища та усвідомлення напрямків вдосконалення його діяльності з кредитування в умовах воєнного часу. Об’єкт – організаційний механізм кредитування та управління структурою підприємства. В першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні аспекти стратегічного менеджменту підприємства, специфічні для кризового періоду. В другому розділі розглянуті сучасні стратегії управління підприємством та їх можливість застосування в період воєнних дій та після їх закінчення. Проаналізовано сучасний стан аграрної галузі, організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємств. Виявлено ключові проблеми підприємств, які пов’язані зі станом зовнішнього середовища та поточною ситуацією в країні та на світовому ринку продовольства. Рекомендовано застосування комплексу управлінських заходів, які б попередили б настання кризи на підприємстві.

EN : The bachelor's qualification work "Mechanisms of attraction of credit funds by an agro-industrial complex enterprise in wartime conditions" was performed on the topical topic of developing an optimal strategy for the survival of an agro-industrial enterprise on the market during a period of environmental crisis. The paper examines the main mechanisms of attracting credit resources of enterprises, which are used in modern management, and considers the possibility of their application on the example of a Ukrainian enterprise in the agricultural sector. The purpose of the work is to analyze the current state of the food processing enterprise and its external environment and to understand the directions for improving its lending activities in wartime conditions. The object is an organizational mechanism for crediting and management of the enterprise structure. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the strategic management of the enterprise, specific for the crisis period, are considered. In the second chapter, modern enterprise management strategies and their possibility of application during the period of hostilities and after their end are considered. The current state of the agrarian industry, the organizational and economic characteristics of enterprises are analyzed. The key problems of enterprises related to the state of the external environment and the current situation in the country and on the world food market have been identified. It is recommended to use a set of management measures that would prevent the onset of a crisis at the enterprise.
